If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable way to travel between Singapore to Malaysia, the Aeroline coach is a great choice! The coach also features a toilet on board. Just love your videos Brent! Keep them coming!
Do you like my new intro? Trying to switch some things up :) Thanks so much for watching, and I hope you found this video helpful. Now, LET'S EXPLORE MALAYSIA!
Hey Brent i always look forward to watching your travel vlogs, you have great content in all of them! And well done for trying out fasting. And for praying for your mum, felt that deep 😢 and for all those suffering across the world. Wishing you much happiness and success in your vlogging keep going!! Much love from UK!
A flight one way would cost you around S$110 to KL for budget airline. If you buy few months before maybe a bit cheaper 😅. Yah most buses have no toilet inside except for a few one. I went to Melaka also no toilet😅
I wanted to take this bus last Sept, but the missing toilet was a deal breaker. I took Aeroline instead, but it's so small and not pleasant. But, you go when you gotta go! 😅From your experience, Transtar looks a lot more luxurious. The food looks delicious. The seats look so comfy.
Hi Brent, it's better to take a bus from Singapore to K.L. because you need to 2 hours to check in at Airport n 1 hour flight to K.L. n at KLIA , you will take about 2 hours out of Airport n travel to town. Cheers
I've taken both the bus and flight before, and honestly, there wasn't much of a time difference between the two experiences. The bus pickup point is just 7 min walk from where am staying
Hopefully High Speed Railway (HSR) between KL-Singapore can be revived soon, so it can cut the journey to 40 mins, quickest way to travel compared by bus, car or even flight!
The electric train line between Johor Baru to KL will be completed by the end of this year. It will go at 140 km/h.. 3 hours travel time. Another rail line is being proposed. This one will be about 320km/h. Travel time of about 90 minutes.
Some of the Transtar double decker coaches aren't unavailable depending where u're alighting in some parts of KL instead u'll have to board the double decker once u've reached tuas Malaysian immigration. I suggest the next time by land book on Aeroline more comfy food is good price still affordable cheers bro.
The pre-bus was yikes, mine was the one the Indian family took, that bring them thru customs and directly to where they were going. It's kinda a scam they gave you that pre-bus which was a big yikes ngl
If it weren't for the fact that there's no toilets on board and the horrendous toilets at the rest area, I would prefer to take the bus for a more leisurely and scenic ride and the massage seat.
Hello, did you purchase your singapore to malaysia bus ticket from online?? If yes please share your site/apps name. And If I purchase tickets online then do I need to collect a physical ticket copy or can I wait at the pickup point and show the online copy direct to bus contector????
For me flying is better. Traffic on the bridge and congestion at immigration make going by road a chore. This is why your 5 hr trip became 6.5 hrs and it can get longer than that.
My experience with this bus was not good. On first trip the bus was no show for an hour. We were taken by a normal city bus to border check point then left there wondering what happened. Only an hour later were we contacted and the real bus appeared. On the trip back we were downgraded to less luxurious bus. When I asked for refund, all they gave was $5 per passenger. I will never ride with them again. Use this company at your own risk. You have been warned.
I think the slightly cheaper buses aren't much worse. I usually take the bus to KL at the very same timing you did because there's generally no jam at that time, and you arrive just in time for lunch and hotel check in. Taking the plane is fine, but you'd also need to factor in a bit of time for checking in, clearing immigrations in both countries, and collecting your baggage (approx 2 hours total), and the trip from KL International Airport to the city centre (at least another hour). With the actual 1 hour flight time added in, that's about 4ish hours, which isn't that much faster than the bus ride in. With the bus ride, once I clear imigrations, I watch a few episodes of a show i download ahead of time, take a nap, and I'm practically there already.

That would be amazing! I didn't know there was a railway before.
@@BrentTimmrailway always existed between Singapore and malaysia. Just that we are planning for hsr. It was scrapped earlier during covid19

Flights from sg to kl would be more than double 50sgd... still worth the price as it's much faster and more convenient.
Also at airport, 3 hours early for international flight
The old school train would be fun 😄
I agree!
Dear Brent. The bus would be good for panoramic view and the experience. Cheers. From Singapore.🌹
Yes this is so true

This is great advice. The traffic was very heavy in the morning.
Good for a quick visa run
This is so confusing. I almost thought you got scammed by Transtar.
Too cheap for flights?
❤
Brent, you should say “vanakkam” to Tamils from Tamil Nadu or anywhere in the world, “ namaste” is only for hindi speaking people!
"namaste" is Sanskrit and it's a Hindu greeting. It's not just for Hindi speakers

It's way faster to fly from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur by budget airlines.
Yes! I will definitely fly next time.
Hello,
Great video !
Which Bus Company do you recommend to travel from Melaka to Singapore ?
Thank you very much for your help.
Take care !
The food is definitely halal...they just need to prepare 1 type of meal so its better to make it halal so there is no confusion
Love from Bangladesh
And bro. Bangladesh have so many double decker multi excel super luxury buses...i hope someday u will visit...

You're so right! I carry two bags, and one always costs me $$$ to check.
Actually you can spend 5 days in JB then take a bus to KL...JB is as good as the 2nd capital of malaysia
I love transtar solitaire!!!
