For anyone curious, there are actually monitors suspended above the audience to display any graphics and clips. The feed on those screens is the same as what is posted to UA-cam and aired on TV. They’re also a great distraction, because I looked down at the desk during the show I went to and it was just Seth counting baby teeth.

I started watching Corrections at the 100th episode and the Mac Tonight bit made no sense, so I then had to watch the other 99 episodes. It took me about two weeks on and off. It was definitely worth it though; I love being a part of the cult of jackals.
Corrections is the highlight of my week. I get sad when you are on break.

@@christystainer3741 It’s a daring choice for Seth to invoke the concept of corporate redundancy at a time when the show is experiencing noticeable cutbacks and layoffs (ie: the longer and more frequent hiatuses and the impending loss of the 8G Band). I’m sure it’s meant purely as a joke in the face of those hardships, but it would be a tragedy if either Jenny (who was the originator of the “Jokes Seth Can’t Tell” concept) or Amber (who has already experienced severe cutbacks in the form of The Amber Ruffin Show being put on indefinite hiatus) were to lose even more job security as a result. I wish the bean counters of the world would learn to view redundancies in the workplace the way engineers do in a mechanism, as failsafes that ensure it’s continued optimal functioning and not just a costly liability. Sadly though, that’s not where priorities lie in the corporate mindset nowadays. 😞

It's thought that there may be an extant population on Papua New Guinea, but in Australia they're sadly considered to be officially extinct. So no, you don't have tas tigers. Tasmanian devils, sure, but not thylacine.

One of the best cold opens for any comedy series.
The vault was masterful.

Not a correction, more of an addendum to your correction: In the US, the 1964 movie was titled ‘Godzilla vs. The Thing’ and the 1992 movie was titled ‘Godzilla and Mothra: The Battle for Earth.’
That was especially good. The "Ya Burnt." And cutting off the 3rd "Kangel" or however its spelled. You know he totally said the 3rd one to a disconnected phone and was like "WTF 😒".

If a celebrity had one of those absorbed twins, or one of those cysts that can grow different types of cells, it's entirely possible they could have 30 or more baby teeth - their own from their mouth, plus the extra ones grown in their body.
Also, if a celebrity collected baby teeth, all the teeth in their collection could be considered theirs. Based on this line of reasoning, Seth himself, as a celebrity, has several hundred baby teeth.

I was talking to my grandparents about Late Night and they’ve only seen it on cable. I tried to explain corrections and was going to show them the new episode, then I remembered it opened with the vault of celebrity baby teeth and decided there is no fucking way I could explain it.

I got a short glimpse of John Stewart’s notes when he was trying for the second week in a row to rip apart them in indignation but couldn’t because of his weak fingers, or if we are to believe him, the notes are made of Kevlar. I saw a bunch of what looked to be sharpie scribbles a la Drumpf or the EKG of someone who tried the Sudafed that Seth recommended this week. I hope that Seth is keeping those notes because he might be able to sell them on E-Bay one day.

I think there were labels for different sections of the safe, as behind the Authors sign were bags saying Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, etc.

I like that there is a bag in the vault that is labeled “Late Night Hosts” just all mixed together hahaha. This is actually my first time ever commenting but I’ve been watching since day one and truthfully, Corrections’ is a favorite of mine and something that helped me a great deal on Fridays mornings. Fridays can be a truly difficult day for me from time to time as I am an alcoholic in active recovery (4+ years) and Fridays can be triggering. That said, this thing you’ve created is funny, at least to me, and also oddly inspiring because it feels genuine. You can really, really see that Seth is doing this for the art and not the money… because the money must be terrible lol but watching him break after calling Andy was priceless.
Fun side note: While “Corrections” is great for my sobriety… “Day Drinking With” not so much lmfao
I bet there is Olympic level eye rolling from Seth and Andy’s wives whenever they are all together.

For a split second when you mentioned the "Jokes Seth Can't Tell" twist, I thought "wait, is Seth one of us??" and got excited. Then I remembered Amber's news, and I got even more excited.
Just imagining the sound of Mothra and Godzilla scissoring has put me off dinner.
I need to say that the lockdown episodes' running gag involving the Thornbirds novels was my favourite thing of all time, until now. Celebrity baby teeth is a win.

I'm certain you are not alone.
I just want to also point out that if you could use that joy right after your redundancy comment, especially drawing circles in the air, your Christophe Waltz impression would finally be differentiated from your Werner Herzog impression in a defining physical and emotional ways. Herzog is just noticing things and talking about them, Waltz is almost giddy and almost so excited he could jump put of his chair in most of his roles.
I think Seth had been waiting to make that joke for a while, the pure excitement and joy on his face and in the laughter of the crew made the past couple weeks better. Stay awesome guys and gals.
