As a 16 y/o alkaline vegan people always say how do you do it. I always tell them the feeling that comes with being vegan becomes an addiction and I always want to feel that way so I keep going, treating my body like the temple it is.

From a guy who weighed over 700 pounds, was bed bound for almost 6 years in the same room, you have inspired me on my weight loss journey Phil. I’ve lost over 260 pounds so far and I’m only halfway there. I hit a plateau a few months ago and I’m back at it, but thanks man for inspiring me. Keep them videos coming. I’ve been walking now and out of that old hospital bed for over 2 years now. Still rehabbing my body, but im getting there!
