This time I followed the recipe BUT I added another half a cup of sugar so 1 and a half cups instead of 1. I baked it for 25 minutes at 160 degrees and I made a buttercream frosting for the top, it was absolutely beautiful 😍 I know it’s supposed to just be a lemon drizzle but I find with the added frosting it’s much more moist and enjoyable. Also my 3 year old has just scoffed a whole slice 🤪 thank you for the recipe. I enjoy yours the most!
