Damn, that trophy truck axle looks as wide as the torsion bar springs on an M1A2 tank, maybe not as thick but Very impressive regardless.

Me like after building hundred of drag car rears first thing i see it alot of work .I would spend day retubing back bracing .And then start adding brackets .Everything good in race parts takes time alot

Do you have a video on setting up the hub bearing crush sleeve? Where to measure the end play?

How are the upper link mounts fixtured to the axle housing prior to welding? I ask because I have seen a Camburg housing where the upper link tabs were completely misplaced. I am hoping there is a fixture of some sort to ensure placement accuracy.

They are in a jig. Sometime people weld on their own link mounts.

Fcking amazing! Thank you! I have a BMX background and I need to ask if those cromo tubes, plates are heat treated or not? Releasing the tension of the welds is a key to keep us safe in the BMX world, I wonder if these parts need that too.

WE have heat treated rear ends as well. Most are not heat treated but can be. It's not as necessary on these as it is on a thin 4130 BMX frame.
