- This vlog is a realistic full week of my meals, snacks, workouts, and habits when I’m on a slow, sustainable diet to lose fat.
This week, I tried my best to get back on track with my diet, and I’m showing you my honest progress. A lot is going on in my life, and the past few weeks have been very stressful, so I’ve been having a hard time. But instead of giving up on my diet, I’m just taking it easy and doing my best each day. I am in a bit of a plateau, but it’s probably because I’ve been eating more calories and exercising less.
I hope you enjoy this long, detailed vlog! Something big is happening next week, so I will not upload a vlog. I will see you in 2 weeks to share the big news with you 🎉

Hi, I just want to say that I'm grateful to find your videos, because every time I watch Korean diet vlogs, they always eat very little portions and lose weight drastically, and it makes me very stressed when I can't control my appetite, and I don't gain weight down. this really makes me think that dieting should be long term and not stressful, today is my 4th day, let's diet together and cheer up!! ✨✨

I love your determination, determination and commitment, and not sabotaging your diet. It is okay. If you are late in losing weight and your body retains fluids, it is enough that you try and exercise. these vlogs calm me down so much! i've been losing weight steadily since june, but in the past month i've been stuck in a plateau/yoyo effect and i can't seem to keep losing weight even though my routine is pretty much the same, i even sleep and move more :/ i think it's stress which made my pms worse, i feel like i only get one or two normal weeks before starting bloating like crazy again! this is causing me even more stress bc i feel like i'll gain all the weight back and i'll never get my dream body, but your calm attitude and perseverance inspire me so much! it really means a lot to me

Nutritional yeast is very good on potatoes, vegetables, pasta, salad, and anywhere you'd normally put cheese. I really love adding it to sauces to thicken and add a savory depth to the sauce. Goes well with soy sauce so the options are limitless.

I juste discovered your channel and I love your videos !!! It’s so simple but such a pleasure to watch. I love that you show every thing, even the little bearcandy that you ate.
I just maybe wanted to give you an advice (I am not a pro but…) I think that you should eat the high protein dessert you eat every night for lunch instead. You need more energy on the afternoon when you work, but you don’t need it at night before bed, I guess it will only get stocked into your body.

Nutritional yeast goes really well on popcorn with a touch of butter or healthy oil, and it goes good with broccoli. At least that's what I eat with it!

It's been for awhile I didn't make my comment on your vlogs dear, I'm really sorry I'm busy with my works but I watched all of it. It's really so proud to see you making more effort to achieve good quality food without protein powders. You are really an inspiration. You can add nutritional yeast when you want to make snacks, you can this snacks dear, take good amount of cooked chickpea and add salt, pepper nutritional yeast and some chilli powder or flakes and make it into air fryer or roasted. It's a very good snacks, filling and plus protein intake. I love your parfait. I'm gonna make it too dear. If you can find Guava fruit, try to buy it's a very good fruit and it's has good amount of protein more than any other fruits. I hope to see more of your vlogs dear, keep cheer up. You can make it.

I have switch my workout to 5am !! Doing it since April (feel so good). Coming home after work is for prepping tmr office lunches. Maybe you can switch to early morning??

Working out can also affect the scale because of muscle changes! But you will still be losing fat even though the scale creeps up. Maybe try a measuring tape and measure your waist from time to time, you will see that you are losing weight even if the scale says otherwise :D

How about trying something like Zumba or Yoga for once? I really like going to these courses at the gym since I can burn calories in a way I enjoy. ❤️

I'm happy to hear you have found the exercises you enjoy doing ❤️ I did yoga for several years but stopped because it is kind of slow and I think too much, so it was stressful 😅 also I have social anxiety and prefer exercising at home.. after trying many things I still like the bike and strength training the most, I am just struggling to find a schedule that works for me!
@@byMayvlog I can grasp that well when I’m hungry I prefer to eat first then go to the gym if my appetite is low I would go straight to the gym. I’m also working in the office so after a long work day it’s hard to always find the right motivation when being tired. 🙆🏻♀️🙆🏻♀️❤️

Doesn't all the coffee stress you out? I mean I love coffee but the caffeine in it makes me feel physical stress that I can't control.
Usually I only drink a cup in the morning and another in the afternoon before 2pm, so it's not too much caffeine for me. I have tried cutting coffee many times before, but it never helped things like anxiety 😞 I know people who can't drink it because of what you said, so I'm sorry to hear that, but I hope you can still enjoy drinks you like ♥️
Why you don't go to nutritionist I think the result will be better
Well, my problem is not nutrition. I am well-researched and know what I can eat to stay healthy and lose weight. I just have a hard time controlling my cravings for calorie-dense foods and eating below my TDEE. But a nutritionist might be helpful for people who aren't sure what to eat, so it's a good recommendation, thank you 😊

That's not healthy eating 😕The bread has to go and processed foods, I lost 8lbs in 6 weeks with the 16:8 method, no flour, pasta and rice.
Healthy is a relative term, you can be healthy and eat bread if you enjoy it 😊 I don't want to live a life without flour, pasta, or rice, they are all my favorite foods. As I mention frequently, my diet is all about balance between foods I enjoy and foods that are good for me, and I lose weight at a pace that works for me!
