Great video dan 👏. I'm looking to do something similar to this. Couple of questions. What's the sqr ft of the rooms? Will the combi boiler be sufficient for 5 tenants? As I've thought about having a storage tank for this setup.

@@MrTrivedid nice work! How did you manage to get such a high value when refinancing? I’ve found lots of lenders are under valuing at the moment.
