    That's the mantra of MHB. My health buddy. Guys I have joined MHB and trust me I am eating roti, chaawal, bread, tea, biscuits, cheat meals everything. No boring salads....no empty soups....no exotic veggies and fruits. MHB has given me simple home made food and I am eating much more then before joining MHB. I have been given simple workout plan at home hardly for 10 min.a day. In 45 days I lost 3 kg and 5 inches from my belly. Trust me guys MHB is the best. No paid promotion.       Drink water half an hour before food n than half an hour after food.. Don't drink immediately.. Hope its helps u..
