Am I a creator? (the truth about becoming a content creator)

Here's the truth about becoming a creator, artist, musician, etc. -- it just takes you deciding to be it. Fancy edits, overlays and clever things are not what make a creator a creator. They come with time. But it's not required.

Absolutely. It's 2024 🤷‍♀ you can be anything you want and take it in any direction you want. To me artists and content creators share the same core: they gather people around a persona, whether it be an act or who they actually are. Good video edits, billboards, radio ads... none of that matters if you don't build (or value) the relationship with your audience. That's my 2 cents :)

Love your view and agree 100. It's liberating to know that good edits or technical checklists don't make or break your ability to create and show up. They're nice, if you enjoy them, but you, the artist, comes first.
