im curious , how did the fix last ? did it slip back in to old position after a while?
Switched to winter tires bot long ago and it looked to have stayed in place. I had the same thought when I did this. I guess you can weld the nut again to keep it in place.
What about xc90?
Sorry not sure, it is another platform so I dont think it looks the same.
