Love your videos, my husband was the one who started watching your videos. I love bake and saltfish. I usually saute the saltfish first then add everything else but I will definitely try it your way next time.... keep doing what u are doing. Will be making the sugar/ milk biscuits this weekend.

I love bake and saltfish! I would've had some for breakfast this morning but the restaurant I go frequent is closed on Mondays. This looks great!
OO well hope you got it somewhere else I know when you want that fix and cant have it sometimes is really hard. Why dont you make it on Mondays so that way you wont be sad lol

I always make Saltfish buljol like your friend... pour the hot oil over everything and mix. Yum!

Baking powder is how many grandmother made fry bakes...always came out fluffy. Again, many people make fry bakes slightly different...for me...as long as it taste good.lol
