Hearing this music for the first time in years, and I'm am struck with this thought: Artists, actual artists, making albums as musically inventive, lyrically thoughtful, and emotionally powerful as "Security?" Albums like THAT, that knock you on your ass, touching you deeply upon the very first time hearing...simply DO NOT happen anymore.
I saw him in an underground amphitheater in Sam Houston State Park in Houston in the '80s. The seating capacity was around 300 people. A large part of the show ended up on this album. Tripping. Check out the album credits.
