Nothing short of Brilliant. Somewhere there is footage of him singing this with Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter while they were all on a mission in South Africa... Very moving the see them with PG singing and *knowing* what they were singing about. Thanks so much for sharing this with the World. Peace.
You stood in the dark places and your light shines to show the way to the path of?. We remember the life and the changes you did not see yet are here thank you. There is a chance of understanding.
i was just akid when this song first came out ..... brings a tear to my eyes still to think a man would be killed just for the color of his skin ......
I don't think this is the version from Plays Live, he doesn't speak inbetween the vocal ending of the song, but I might be wrong. Never the less, this song is Numbero ono for me, and will probably be until I die. If only Kadhafi and his tyrant friends would have listened to this song and understood the message, they would realise that their time as leaders is limited, very limited... People take charge, that's what we're here for!!!
๑good recording...๒recordings from records seem to have more depth...๓thanks for the down load-the war cry we need to present when TYRONE is being implemented! BIKO BIKO BIKO...
as world cup in south africa gets under way it's worthy remembering all it took for south africa to become (somewhat) normal country. thanx to steve biko and other anti aparthaid activists "the eyes of the world are watching now".
