If you block off the slits and cut the outlet port continuing the triangle shape all the way to the edge of the square outlet, the charger will make significantly more noise and will pick up some performance.

I got one of these for a D series and I cant wait to throw it on. Got a 91 Tahitian Green Si hatch that I'm swapping in a Z6 and throwing the JRSC on.....should be pretty fun. They are getting harder and harder to find.

I've built MK1 crx with B20a7, liquid cooled throttle bodies made from the old big twins and so much compression it would lock up on de-acell, that was 20yrs ago but the same craziness still exists now and it's nice to see another true mad man lol..

Honestly Dana, I've never seen a B series JRSC in person, but I think it could be alot of fun with a smaller pulley providing more boost, a large diameter (whale penis) cold air intake, a large set of injectors, a Skunk2 70mm throttle body, a Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump, E85, and tuned on either Crome or Hondata. I'd LOVE to have that setup in a DA on a B18C1. I had a 92 Integra GS when I was 18 and I've missed it ever since...that was 20 years ago. Now I have a 709 whp EJ8 Civic coupe and a 502 whp CG1 3.2 swapped turbo Accord.

That’s a pretty sick thing to do, but I’d have too much worst case scenarios pop up in my head running that setup. Especially with those flimsy fins, I’d always have the thought of those weak flimsy fins getting force fed into the motor via compressed air from the charger and cause internal damage would be a catastrophic loss in my mind. Let alone roll a dice and get a defected cooler leaking liquid into the Motor as well. Your welding is always on point. Yessir keep up the good work chief, aloha 🤙🏽

Just gotta be careful about welding on that cast manifold, good chance that I will warp if it gets too hot and cause stress fracture. That cooler won't be enough to cool the hot air that roots blower puts out.
