I know EXACTLY what you mean brother. I have a 612 whp EJ8 Civic coupe and I painted it B95P Electron Blue Pearl with the Si wing, grill, and side skirts because I wanted to build a tribute car out of it. It has a built forged LSVTEC with a Garrett GT3582R on it with a fully built and cammed PR3 B16B head. It's obviously not a B16A2, but I have a JDM B16A in my basement that I had CSS installed in and I put in Wiseco 9.8:1 pistons and Eagle rods in it that I plan to use as a spare block.

Cleaning your engine is underrated. People are too scared to do it but modern engines can take water being sprayed on top of it. As long as your not forcing water into places it shouldn't be at close range it won't hurt anything. Just get some engine washing solution at an auto parts store, put a plastic bag over the battery (and fuse box if you're paranoid), and spray it down with a garden hose or power washer (not at close range just to make sure you're not forcing water into places it shouldn't) and let it dry out in the sun with the hood open for 2 - 3 hours and you're good.

The next time you guys build an intercooled manifold I'm sure a lot of your viewers would watch a video just on that tearing it down and porting the runners to the cooler inside the plentem. the water to air cooling is fascinating 🤓 and your previous video showed amazing results! Also curious if you have ever exposed the wires by cutting off the nipple end of that style AIT sensor or if there is better response or curb heat soak readings by doing so? I recently had to switch to that older style AIT sensor and opened mine up, the reading under boost seems to be instant.

My guess would be 175 hp due to stock intake and exhaust manifold?

It took a charger to get 200hp?....mines had cams, slight headwork, skunk2 mani, fuel rail, walbro pump, p30 chipped. I was just a hair under 200hp

Hi John, please give me your thoughts about parasitic power loss with the Jackson supercharger vs the non parasitic gains achieved with a properly sized turbo. Properly sized meaning not too large as to limit the gains to the very top end. An example being boost is spread throughout the rev range.

@lhtperformance have you even done a JRSC kit on a f20b/h22a? I currently have a f20b and think a supercharger would be a lot more fun instead of going with a turbo in my 93 si hatch, I'm using a QSD h2b kit, kinda worried about clearance issues with the JRSC kit
