You may see your viewership increase, since I have been highly recommending your workouts, and in particular your standing workouts for seniors. They have been a godsend to me in terms of keeping my bits moving, balance and strengthening muscle. Many in the group, like me, have a hard time with mat work so the standing exercises are perfect! I'm 63 and have been active my whole life. I have Lupus which manifests in my body through problems with arthritis. I'm SO HAPPY to find your classes. They are challenging but do NOT hurt my body. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
Don't be ashamed! I am in my 40s and constantly surprised at how challenging Rachel's "senior"-centered classes are. It's never too early to get a headstart on this stuff 😉
Do not be ashamed I’m not a senior but I started with Rachel’s senior workouts over 18 months ago. I have arthritis and Rachel’s Pilates classes have helped me so much. I do a variety of different workouts every day but did Pilates daily for 12 months. Now I’m able to do more but include Pilates regularly. You are working out and that’s what’s important. Keep moving.
Hi Kellie, please don't be be ashamed. I create all my classes to be challenging. I think many people think a Senior class is an easy one but as you can see they're not. That' s becasue I want everyone to feel better, grow stronger and enjoy every day by being a stronger, more flexible and positve mover. You can do this! Many people like our lovely friends below are not technically of senior age but they enjoy the workouts so keep going, be gentle with yourself and each day you take a workout with me you will be building your strength. I’ve noticed that I have begun to see the toned muscles I used to have when I played sports even though I don’t always have time to do much else but this. I’m 24 and I had two kids and I’ve lost 40 pounds. I love your workouts, they don’t feel dreadful. I enjoy them and when the workout is done I want MORE! Just done this class after a hiatus and would like to know which Playlist or classes I should focus on. I am 73 yrs young, fairly active walk on average 6km daily, hike up to 14 km and 500m elevation, but would like to gain flexibility and strength and do not want to injure myself. Good Morning - glorious here in Wiltshire this morning! Just done my daily session....discovered you a week ago and have done a daily session since. Just wonderful....I'm only 62 but have rubbish knees and had an arthroscopy in February. This is helping my core and balance SO much. I'm am now an addict! I'm hoping to do more challenging routines when my strength builds, but I'm going to have to avoid being on my knees, or squatting to deep as they don't like the strain...and suggestions for other routines which will build my fitness and muscle tone without stressing my knees? Feeling a huge difference just in a week! Thank you, Fi 😄

A fabulous workout Rachel thank you. This included many of the exercises my physio has given me. I’m not a senior but these workouts are so good for me. I fell off the high rope 🤣more balance practice needed.
Missed the live class but did the workout this morning. Found it quite challenging but really helping to get aware of how our body is constantly trying to relax in spite of our efforts. Took a lot of concentration to keep those abs and glutes contracted. Thank you Rachel😊

Perfect for this overcast, chilly Halloween 🎃 afternoon! Yesterday’s ballet floor session was great, but my knees are sore (from trying to maintain position 🤪not very graceful, even on the mat!) but I always return to these wonderful favorite senior sessions - gentle movement! Still working balance and coordination, so yay!😉☺️
Perfect, just what I need to manage balance and ataxia issues - I’m not technically a senior yet, but these functional exercises are similar to exercises from Neuro rehab after my brain surgeries. No matter the age, we all can be happier and healthier doing these kinds of exercises for balance, coordination, and core strength!😊💪🏻thanks for thinking up these delightful sessions!

I've had several back fractures in the past and other forms of exercise would have it in spasms the next day but your workouts make my whole body and mind feel good. Thanks so much for the brilliant and lovely way you teach them.
Really liked the last two exercises. Surprising how difficult it is to stand with feet in a line and take steps back while keeping your balance! Really like rolling your back down and holding and touching the floor,very relaxing. Thank you. Shared your video with 3 friends recently.

I recently found your classes. I broke my arm (fell while playing tennis) last fall and, now that it has healed, was looking for some balance and strength workouts to supplement the arm strengthening ones my physio gave me. I am 78, with arthritic knees and want to return to tennis soon. This was great as have been the others I have sampled. And when I do the ones with the resistance band, those are good for my arms too. Thank you!

I’ve done this routine several times, and finally I mastered the hitch back routine. I feel very accomplished.

I missed it live I am a senior 62 y but I do it even without placing my foot on the ground. So standing only is also good for me.

I fell off the high rope too 😂. I backed into the settee and I plummeted onto the seat 😂
