Hello, the issue is that it's not responding at all; just freezes while using an application; keyboard, mouse, all stop working and interacting, i have to be forced to press the power button to shut down; and with this bring a blue screen error when power ON.

same here, randomly out of nowhere my game started freezing and loading stuff even tho it already loaded then it kept freezing every 5 seconds for a split second but I figured out that my C: is at 100% disk usuage, I searched all day and all night for a solution and they said it is related to updates and the best thing you can do is chipset update and firmware ssd update, or a bios update which all are risky to do
@@shoop4040 yo in the last 24 hours I've trying to find a solution all over the internet, well for some freaking reason, it could be a cryptic virus that can't be detected but for some reason I updated windows when it had an update (after upgrading to windows 11 cuz why not) and THEN it showed me the Windows Search was taking like 20-30% but now it's not like fully 100% and kind of fixed, no more lag and freezing
@@shoop4040 try updating windows by searching Update in the pc settings or simply switch to windows 11 and maybe After switching go to the same update settings and you'll see a full reset setting but don't worry it won't get rid of any files or own data

Before this anytime I open PowerPoint without my laptop plugged in it switches off immediately and also most times I open a PPT file from file explorer directly without opening it from PowerPoint itself during the process of opening the PPT file my laptop freezes but after trying out all what you discussed in the video except the malware scan, cos I had an antivirus software already installed, it works well although somethings still lagg but I tried opening a ppt file directly from file explorer without plugging in my charger and it worked so far so good and lastly the cleanups clearly close to 90GB of space🤯🔥. hey bro if u have a virus on ur computer and u cant reset your pc run the cmd app as administrator then run reagentc /enable if it shows failed then run reagentc /repair then again run reagentc /enable after this u would be able to reset your pc

same I had mine for like a year now and I had to get it fixed I took it to a repair shop and they fixed it but now it's feezing for no reason out of no where
@@soab_x yeah it's really sucks when the pc is too good but still there is problem with it I'm thinking that reason behind it is ram so I'm going to change it tho
