Hey everyone back again in Scrap Mechanic with the completion of an old project, the self stabilised assault hovercraft! We finally have completed this massive project with a craft that uses a self stabilising gyro and vectored thrust to move around the map!

To dampen recoil, how about putting a low-powered thruster or so on the back of the gun, set to activate when the guns fire? You'd need different levels of thrust for the different firing modes of course

Using the same technology as the Autopilot Blimp and put it on a ship and make it an autopilot ship that can go by itself in circles. Also make a way that you can shoot off some buoyancy blocks to make the ship have a sinking effect. And lastly, make a battleship and/or an aircraft carrier.
