Hello everyone, in this video I answer the question, can you beat Batman Arkham Asylum without using takedowns? After seeing the recent popularity of batman arkham without taking damage, without punching and countering, without gliding, and without grappling, I decided to give these Batman Arkham challenges a try myself. With Batman's limited moveset in Arkham Asylum, not being able to use takedowns proved to be quite the challenge. Was I able to beat Batman Arkham Asylum without using any takedowns? [1:12] The reason he starts off with only one gadget is because he wasn't planning to go into Arkham Asylum; it was a split second decision he made because something felt off to him.
Yes but previously it was said that he went after joker at a bank or something like that (hence how he captured him). Just doesn't make sense why he carried an entire utility belt with just batarangs to take on joker
@@Knerdd yeah he said he was suspicions of the joker pretty much giving up and just for some reason didn't bring all his gadgets
For game purposes, they made him not bring all his gadgets. Otherwise, Batman would always be fully prepared for anything

This is so awesome dude 7:28 was so satisfying because you didn’t have to use to take down
[2:12] If you Dive-Roll through that area and get to the room with the other henchman Batman takes less damage (when Dive-Rolling) and is able to progress. (It's possible to go through on any difficulty but more difficult to do depending on the difficulty)

Fun fact: I tried completing batman arkham asylum without grappling, the amount of times I had to grapple is 38 times way more than I expected but that number is expected to go down as new strategies are likely to be found :)
It’s kinda ironic that this was the only takedown video you beat yet it is your least viewed video out of the 4 games.

That's what I love about these challenges though. If you want to use glitches, then you can go right on ahead. Don't feel like your locked into the rules of someone else, it's your run, and you get to make the rules

What about victor zseasz where has the guard hostage
All you have to do is glide kick him and then punch him when he stands back up, I thought it was gonna be a lot harder to get past him without using a silent takedown but nope it was really easy

Yes I'm reuploading a lot of my older Arkham content from my main channel onto this one because they've been preforming much better on this channel than my other one. Also I'm trying to turn this channel into an all Arkham channel so my main channel can be focused on a wide variety of games
