The Custom Evo Steering Wheel I Should have installed YEARS ago in my Mitsubishi Eclipse!

In this video I assemble and install a working Mitsubishi evolution 8 steering wheel into my 1997 Mitsubishi eclipse GSX. Very excited to drive with this.

The new steering wheel looks so much better and suits the car. The old one looked like econobox wheel

I have an aftermarket carbon fiber evo 8 steering wheel for my 2g , I also bought the air bag plug adapter is that all I need to install the wheel? I’m not sure if my carbon fiber steering wheel came with the middle circular part

send me the wheel and i'll see :P
was the wheel /splines made for the 2G? if not, you'll need the conversion bracket as well, you could buy it from dudes-custom-parts, but it'll take probably a month. The circular part is the ring that holds the airbag in so you should have/get that too

no SRS light. hmm that's odd, airbags good? wired correctly?

@@CrispyImmy just did the plug swap with the bought adapter. But I Can see you welded the wires and bypass the swap adapter 🤔 i must try taking everything off again
