  • We don't have much experiences in training Vertical Jump.
    So if you have any advices please comment down below for us to know. We would really appreciate it.
    Here are the exercises which we trained 💪🔥:
    Pogo - 2 x 15
    Split Squat Jumps - 2 x 15
    Weighted Jump Squat - 3 x 5
    Jump Squat - 3 x 5
    Max Approach Jump - 3 x 5
    Weighted Box Jump - 3 x 5
    Weighted Single-leg Box Jump - 3 x 5
    Depth Jump - 3 x 5
    We also train at the gym with harder and heavier exercises. If you guys want us to make a video about it, comment down below please ❤️
