Tohatsu Fuel Pump Repair - Cheap & Easy

My M40D Tohatsu 40hp 2-stroke outboard was not running well at high speed, then stopped working at all unless I pumped the fuel bulb. Turns out the fuel pump had worn out after 30 years. Thankfully it is cheap and easy to repair.
