I totally agree with him about how we can have a good diet eating home food but also adjusting it to make it more nutritionally balanced- I'd say the best way to do that is to increase intake of salads and vegetables, reduce consumption of processed foods, deep fried foods and sugar, including drinks containing a lot of sugar (such as fizzy drinks)
We Indian muslims are blessed with a cuisine where we can get adequate amount of protein, so are Pakistanis... Research says grass fed beef or bison is best source of protein but in India we can take buffalo or mutton, at least we mus lims can take buff but mutton is quite expensive

Firstly I have cleared many times which products are for regular health and which for specific people Everyone doesn't need everything In fact I have made many people return products, which they didn't need, but just bought it What products ur using are all normal products, with few precautions: 1. Hi Sir. I do long running 3 days a week and bodyweight exercises like Pushups, Pull-ups, Squats, Lunges, sit ups etc. on alternate days. How to gain lean muscles with my sport as I find it very hard to gain muscles. I am taking 140 grams protein everyday through food and supplements. Current bodyweight is 75. Height 184 cm
