Hi guys! My PCP recommended I stay under 1300 calories a day for weight loss. Please know that everyones body is different and I would recommend consulting with your doctor or a nutritionist. I hav lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks by following my doctors recommendations and I feel great. With a combo of IF, I have gotten the best results. :)

I’ve always wondered if you could talk about finances… not what you or Jamal make, but how you manage your money to save and do fun things you do. I am getting married soon so just curious as to how you guys do that. We have the same account so all of our money is in one pot. I make sure all the bills get paid & save money but you two seem to do really well with budgeting and sometimes I am feeling like maybe I could do better at that when it comes to some areas like food…we’ve been so busy and go grab easy meals a few times a week from our local favorite restaurants.

She was a teacher for 30+ years and hearing him being so vocal just means that he is a happy boy!! We’ve got two very happy boys on our hands! Love you… Muah! 😘
