It belongs to the insurance company now. The VIN is missing. It will probably be sold as salvage for parts only unless Richard buys it back. He might have connections at the factory that can get a new VIN tag stamped out. VIN 2 makes it worth more than an ordinary Hellcat and now it has a history.
It won't because it has to be crushed per the law. Any stolen car that had a pay out has to be crushed baby buy it back with out going through court for years and still be crushed while going through the trial. He can try to talk to dodge about it to pay them for #2 vin car

There is a UA-cam channel dedicated to GPS trackers in vehicles they are based in the UK but it is a great channel to watch to see how successful they actually are.

Only has 134k on it. I went to go see the old girl, and it started up after sitting for 7 years, good fluids, and not a single tick, etc.

Payed off the assumption that the car is a total loss. He will keep the car and he won't even have to give money back. No different than when a shop wrote my car off and I got paid for the car. The damage wasn't bad, the insurance company didn't want to deal with it so I took the car back with a salvage title afterwards.. Still kept my payout.

Jon Kern he can buy it back for the salvage auction winning bid with a marked title. Some insurance companies will offer special cars to owners at avg. auction price.
the company will sell it back to him for what he was paid or something but since it was also damaged it should be less than what he was given.
You are allowed to buy back your stolen car or right off. So yes he will get it back. Specially saying publicly they ripped him off.

Payed off the assumption that the car is a total loss. He will keep the car and he won't even have to give money back. No different than when a shop wrote my car off and I got paid for the car. The damage wasn't bad, the insurance company didn't want to deal with it so I took the car back with a salvage title afterwards.. Still kept my payout.
