- It was very amusing to know that a Senior High School graduate like me had been accepted to VXI Philippines, at early age I was able to earn as much as 25K monthly when I was in this Amazing Call Center Company.

This is my first job in a standard work environment so I was nervous and a bit overthinking and after watching I became enthusiastic na 😍 I watched this video over a month ago unsure of what to expect and now I'm a trainee na glory to God! And indeed I love the positive and professional environment of VXI.

You are an IT student and most of the time talkative and you know how to engage a conversation that people will listen to you because of how you talk and how you deliver it and I think that is one the most qualification of being a call center agent. Good job! Really deserved!

I just finish my initial interview with vxi and the interviewer said that she is having a hard time understanding on what I am saying due to poor connection. So I failed it. Still I'm looking forward, fight²x lang! 💖

Madali lang makapasa jan sa VXI, ang mahirap na part ay yung regularization kasi sobrang daming KPI na dapat mong i-pass like AHT, QA and CSAT. Kaya laging hiring kasi mahirap maregular. Pero okay ang sahod jan 20k basic + allowance.
Ano yung KPI at ilang months usually tinatagal ng agents dyan?

Its been quite 4 mos. since I got failed the nesting period on VXI Muñoz, the very first BPO I worked. Di ko malilimutan kung bakit nagawa pang sabihin yun ng aking ex-trainer sa mismong unang araw ng closing shift ko. Tapos nadala pa ako sa mga flowery words na ililipat ako sa ibang LOB o contract, yun pala napunta sa wala after more than a month!
What I learned about working on VXI is *TRUST NO ONE* . Particularly if you're a newbie. Wag din kayo magpapauto sa mga pangako ng magiging TL, SME, at OM ninyo. Isipin mo, *WALANG LUNCH AT BREAK TIME KUNG WALANG SALES* ! Tangina! Masahol pa sila sa UNIQLO na notorious din sa bentahan!!
That's why I don't like working on BPO industry all over again kahit sabihin na takbuhan iyon ng mga Wa-Cho (Wala Choice).
My mental health got compromised because of them.

Kuya ako nag failed sa initial binigyan ng chance para makapag training ng 4 days thru zoom Pinipili lang nila Yung pwede mag training. Tapos nung pang 5 days na Nag Berlitz kami. Luckily I passed it 7 kami non, ako lang nakapasa 1 take lang. HEHEHEHE Hindi sa pagmamayabang siguro kapag para Sayo at sinamahan talaga ng tiwala sa diyos makukuha mo. Wala din Po akong experience sa BPO industry. At senior high lang din. Problema ko nalang Ngayon paano ipasa Ang training. 😅

Final interview - passed (30 mins yung usapan namin si TL mike yun mga masasayang kwentuhan lang then thanks to him kasi nagadvice siya about sa vxi
Berlitz - passed (sabi ng facilitator bihira lang papasa ng berlitz since no exp ako) pero im so happy na nakapasa ako. Basta sagot lang ako active listening and understanding lang ang pinairal ko.

they will tell you instantly if you pass. how ever if the instructor told you that they will validate you dont expect .

And regarding po sa Berlitz, ang instructions po sa amin is bukas malalaman yung result, magtetext po ba sila pasado ka man o hindi? Anong oras po usually sila magtetext? Baka po kasi hindi sila mag inform if di ka makapasa sa berlitz? At may chance po ba na mareprofile if bagsak ka if ever sa Berlitz?

So yun nga po, nangyare, wala ng update, diko alam if nakapasa ba ako or hindi? Tinext ko na din po yung number nila kaso walang reply eh, kaya diko po alam ano ng status ng application ko

For the final interview, itatanong sayo mga tinanong during your initial interview + behavioral test. And lastly, susubukan nila skills mo depende sa account nabinigay sa'yo. So kung comcast yan, bibigyan ka ng situation kung pano mo irerepair ang service, kung billing, kung paano ka mag bebenta ng isang product.
As easy as it sounds, as hard as it conduct.
Napakahirap makapasok sa ATT account. It means malakas ka kaya ka nandyan :D

Nakakawala ng gana. Ilang beses nako nag try mag apply pero reject agad nung sabihin ko na gang grade 12 1st sem lang ako pero may diploma namn din sa grade 10. Kesyo daw di sila tumatanggap ng hindi seniorhigh grad. Hays pano naman yung di na makapag aral kasi may balance pa sa tuition fee😭last yr nag work ako alorica as CSR natanggap naman ako kahit juniorhigh grad. Lang na stop lang ako don dahil ngka covid ako. Hays ang hirap naman😭

Then when I asked kung kelan ung exact date ng interview, ang sabi is 'the next step of your application will be communicated by your assigned recruiter. Keep your lines open', ganyan po.
Hello po katapos lg po ng final interview ko sa VXI and nag tanong po ako sa interviewer if I passed or failed sabi nya po may mag email or message daw po sakin if pumasa ako and nag feedback po sya sakin na okay daw ako mag benta na product yun nga lg kinakabahan saw po ako
just wanna ask ung final process mo ba is language assessment at 6 different scenarios na mag ooffer ka sa concerns nya? ung berlitz kasi di ung inaasahan kong berlitz na inaral ko, sana masagot mo salamat.
