Mam is that true, as what I read in the google that's there a 3 shifting rotation in call center company, the day shift or opening , and the mid shift or the middle of the day, and last one is the night shift just like you in the video. How many times your rotation schedule in a one Month Mam?
Non voice kadalasan healthcare pero madami eh depende sa account. Pag night shift naman kadalasan US ang client kasi un ang pasok sa night shift na oras.

Not all the accounts need rotating shifts. There are just some accounts that has rotating shift.

I guess it depends, I make it sure that I sleep atleast 6-8 hrs a day. And drink vitamins/supplements needed to stay healthy.
