Di ko na rin binalikan even if I can reapply after 3 months kase di ako okay sa gusto nila na di ka pwede magwork sa ibang projects at dapat alisin mo mga freelancer accounts mo sa ibang sites pag natangap ka sa company nila, ang problem here is sobrang daming agents na nagaantay palang ng clients tapos habang nag-aantay sila ng kamatch bawal sila magwork sa ibang projects outside, kaso lang inaabot ng months yung iba sa pila so di ako okay na di ako maghahanap ng trabaho kahit nakatunganga lang ako kase may kontrata na sa cyberbacker ka lang. Pano naman yung expenses? kahit wala pa silang maimatch na client sayo bawal ka gumawa ng pera outside di practical sakin yung ganon eh. Pagreresignin ka nila and pagbabawalan magwork sa iba pero di naman sigurado na may work ka kaagad sa kanila if makapasok ka man. So igigive up mo yung current job and other opportunities para sa isang company na hindi ka naman sihuradong mabibigyan ng client, and no client no income ka. Also sobrang daming toxic issues akong nabasa from people na nasa loob na nagaalisan na sila so umatras na rin talaga ako. Pero idk kung iba na mga bagay bagay ngayon kase di na ako bumalik ng apply.
This transition sa employment honestly scares me. After staying sa previous company ko for nearly 6 years, I am once again applying for a job. I tried BPOs and this WFH jobs. Because of competition, pataas ng pataas din ang standards ng qualifications. Kung sa una Assessment at Interview lang, ngayon meron na Client Interview which makes it too crucial sa applicants kasi parang display nalang yung agency. Instead of getting a training from the company that hired you, they just simply refer you sa client which is easier for them and a struggle sa apllicant. I can't imagine if mahawaan sa ganitong standards ang mga local companies 😅 Probably a great advantage sa mga kabataan today kasi mas expose sila sa new school curriculum and mas hone hard skills nila and ang mga middle aged applicants would be at a disadvantage situation.
It means she wasn't satisfied of your output. The client should have asked the admin to replace you to her satisfaction in the ealier time. So that both of you can move on and you would be paired up with client that matches your criteria. Until now I'm still confused with all the test that applicant would hve to go through to work with them inorder to assign you with the right client.
communication talaga is very important.. grateful ako sa client ko kasi nagbibigay sya ng feedback para ma improve ko yung work or output na gusto nya..
