Hey Andrea, try standing band assisted ab-wheel roll outs. Choke a band over a pull up bar then loop it around your waist while standing directly under it. Forehead to the floor on every rep.. Awesome exercise to work up to the full standing roll out. Love the channel man!

Great collection however that is not Bulgarian dip. It's a standard form for regular gymnastic dips. With Bulgarian dips arm go completely sideways as if they were doing an iron cross with bent arms, which is also a great exercise if you have mobility for it.

Could you post such videos without a shirt? For example I was interested in scapula movement on many of these exercises, your are on awesome level and it will be really beneficial to see "perfect" moves. For me scapula positioning is really complicated to do it right.

Nice video, but most of these are for advanced practitioners, who don't really need the advice. What you should have done are progressions for the more difficult ones

Я к такой планке только стремлюсь, при помощи гимнастического ролика и делаю пока только с колен а когда сделаю 100% планку? Ох не знаю наверно через годы и то если сделаю.
Io ci ho provato ma mi fa molto male la spalla sinistra
il. plank a braccia tese ottimo ... step successivo sarebbe il push up detto di Jack Lalanne ..dall' inventore anni 60- 70 ... si parte da distesi , braccia tese in avanti , sulla punta delle dita e ci si stacca dal suolo .... 8- 10 reps senza ripoggiare pancia a terra .... se si ripoggia pancia a terra viene un po piu' facile ... non per tutti 👍
Vidéos intéressantes mais c'est dommage que sur les exercices de barres on ne voit pas le placement des jambes à cause du cadrage vidéo.
