Hi Andrea, do you have any tips on how to do floor planche ? Because i can do it on paralettes but whenever i try to do it on the floor the back of my hand comes off the ground and i just fall forward

How to line hand stand ? The problem of construction

Ciao,ho visto un tuo vecchio video dove fai vedere gli esercizi per imparare l'handstand,se voglio allenarla in un giorno differente dal giorno push,va bene allenarla il giorno dopo o è meglio un giorno di risposo tra il push day e l'handstand?
La verticale è un esercizio prettamente tecnico, meglio farla da freschi lavorando sulle giuste attivazioni
