I'd love to see how you routed the wire from under that flooring, into the pass-thru leading to the battery compartment. The pass-thru on mine is sealed all the way around. In the video, one second it's outside that pass-thru, and the next it's going through it.

Thank you for making this video. How hot does it get? I have the EcoFlow glacier refrigerator near the Delta 2 Max. It already gets hot in that area. I'm wondering if I should put it in a different part of the van.
That is the most convenient battery compartment I have ever seen for this particular purpose.

I see that you give us 0.5V incremental on latest FW, do you plan to also add 0.1V incremental, because there are very different BMS in different cars, on power saving mode they stays at different voltage from 12.2-12.7V .... ? Thanks
Just ordered one, but my battery is in the back of a Teardrop Trailer. I'm thinking I can follow the process in this and your other video to install but run my own red/black wire from the battery to the hitch area, install Anderson connectors, and then use the rest of the parts that come with this kit to finish. Would be nice if you did a video of a travel trailer installation like this but realize you can't do a video for every use-case out there.

This product does not work. Many people have gotten it with firmware that is not compatible with even the unit that was shipped with it. Mine is not working, and EcoFlow is so far not fix my problem.

I updated the firmware on max2 it did not fix the problem withthe charging 😢😢

Between this and the solar charger (panels placed on the roof), is it possible to basically have power 100% of the time if you do vanlife, and drive every day to new park up spots? I'm trying to figure out whats more cost efficient, buying something like this, or doing the electrics myself and sorting it all with Victron parts.
Mine won’t work yet. The wiring is complete and was fairly simple. But it says it needs updates and connect. I hope this is a one time thing because it seems foolish to suggest us could work for adventures if Wi-Fi is needed
So putting this thing on top of power station inside of a moving vehicle is your way of "mounting it"? Who certified you? EcoFlow?
I have the Delta Pro with an extra battery and I have ordered the alternator charger. There was mention on another video about an adapter for plugging in the alternator charger to the delta pro. The delta pro has the infinity port and another extra battery port but no port that looks like the XT150. I can't find anything on the internet for an adapter that converts the 4 pin extra battery port to XT150. Am I missing something?
Ecoflow told me to update firmware on max2 should fix problem with charger 😢😢 it did not fix anything

What do you doing with the extra feet of wire on the battery connection cable? My mount is 3 feet from the.battery and the cord is 15’ long. .

Can alternator charger be connected to RV batteries instead of chassis batteries and still charge delta 2 max?
You can hook to the "house" batteries. And yes you can charge the delta series from the batteries . However I would not recommend charging the delta from the house batteries while plugged into shore power. I would charge via ac plug. I would really only charge the delta via house batteries if you need the extra 120v power and maybe access solar. You can, however, keep your house batteries topped off with reverse charging. An isolator would be a great idea. Have a cable from the chassis battery with a shutoff of 13v for when the vehicle is turned off. And the other cable from the house batteries. Charge while driving. Keep house batteries topped off. If you connect an rv to a powerstaion's 120v. I always recommend turning off the converter since they are extremely inefficient. I believe the alternator charger in the reverse charging mode is the most efficient way to charge a house battery AND with solar. Hope this helps.

Can the wattage output be adjusted lower than the 800W?
Yes, there's a setting in the app that lets you adjust the maximum output.

Eco flow is garbage. I’ve been dealing with them for months to get a refund. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

@@SweatyMan80085 my pro burnt up running a refrigerator which is 1/10 of it’s capacity. It took two months to get a replacement, which was cracked and broken in four places. It took another two months to get a 50% refund. It’s made in China and customer service is in India. They can’t service their own products as they’re on the other side of the world. I had 15 interactions with them before I had to evolve the states attorney general.
If you buy from them, expect the exact same treatment. Good luck to you with your energy independence.

@@ducksmart1496shit. I hope so. This is a big investment. I think I may have better luck, as I'm using mine in my locksmith van. I'll only be using the power a handful of times a day.
It will destroy your alternator.
The alternator is working it's ass off anyway when the batteries are already charged in a normal driving scenario. Now all that extra work will be put to good use.
