It`s such a joy to see it beeing welded up, in stead of quick and cheap bodged up. Keep up the good work, and you will earn yourself a faithful follower..
You are super "hands on" and talented. You're no nonsense filming approach is very refreshing in this sea of slow drawn out fellow UA-camrs who make painfully slow progress and don't just get to work!! Thanks and keep doing it your way. 👍
It looks like if they'd sticker-bombed the whole van, there would've been a mint van underneath! It's great to see you tackle and overcome issues that would halt progress completely for many people, so it'd be great to see a little more infor on some of the trickier jobs, such as removing those nasty shreared-off exhaust manifold studs. You've clearly had your work (and rust!) cut out, but made great progress, so taking the extra effort to film/edit/upload is much appreciated! 👍
That’s an awesome buy! Nice job on the tidying up. Yeah, I hate rusty exhaust work. Mufflers and pipes are one thing but once you get up around the manifolds it can be a nightmare. If you can get that MOT’d and serviced and do a brake inspection/service, I’d hit the road with it. If I can camp in the winter here in Canada, you can do it there in England, even if you don’t venture out of the Sussex/Kent area it will still be fun. Good luck - looking forward to the next one. 👍🏻
Thank you yes I'm very much looking forward to using it!! I had a really nice one around 3 years ago but I had you sell it for the deposit on my first house! Ironically I'm just about to move house again... I really hope I can keep hold of this one! 🤞

I've had a couple of these. Last one I sold for £6,000! You have a really good, complete one there for pocket money! Those seams always rust on these. Good find. Good luck with it.
@@cashmachinecars Yours seems to have a body kit, which I think is rare? Also, both of mine had rot in the same places you mentioned. I will advise you to check thoroughly the inner/rear arches where the wishbone mount meets the chassis. There is a grommet that never gets taken out, and they rot inside out. I drilled the sills to let about 500ml of water out of mine. That tailgate looks mint, and you've even got the original insulation on the engine cover! Keep it and enjoy it for that money!!!
@@cashmachinecarscampers were being sold for silly money when covid meant no foreign package holidays. We sold our three year old caravan for nearly what we bought it for new. Thanks for sharing. Love T25s and this could be worth £8-10k to the right buyer when you finish. Pity its a wasser boxer but you can;t have everything.
That bus is a good score! I'd avoid the full side panel though, it really weakens the side of the bus because it doesn't have the seam around the arch to tie into the inner arch. Looks like you've managed to sort it with the slide hammer anyway! Wheels and lows next, and that's a very saleable bus.
@cashmachinecars unfortunately no. On our bus, I cut out the bottom part of the quarter panel when I replaced the inner sill. This gave me access to rebuild the trailing arm mount and weld the sill from inside. Then I welded the outer panel back on after I'd remade the lower flange. Because the interior really needs to come out to do a proper job, I just used the end of a full arch panel and welded it from underneath to the inner arch and the end of the quarter panel that I'd put back in. The complete arch is available from Brickwerks and places like that - it's expensive but good.
Awesome campervan and what a bargain. I'm eventually going to buy one in the middle of saving for one. I like how you got straight into sorting it out. Definitely keep it only will go up in value. 🤘🤘
