the before and after pictures have very different lighting making the before look worse than the after. Also it would be nice if you addressed the recent research looking at the potentialy damaging effect of subcision.
How does Dr H even know that he's not accidentally going into the deeper layers of the face and subsicing these retaining ligaments during subcision? he should also be using multiple entry points to avoid these structures rather than being lazy and impatient subsiding the entire cheek via one entry point by the sideburns. You don't need a medical degree to work that out...
He’s able to cut through the ligaments in the skin that hold the fat pads and structure of the face together during this treatment. Myself and many others have experienced premature sagging. Through talking to multiple TL patients of his who’ve actually had to have facelifts to get their confidence back, the subcision caused cut facial ligaments, fat pad prolapse and fibrosis (according to their plastic surgeons who found this during their ops). You are cutting everything in sight in the “plane” with the TL instrument, including vital ligaments that maintain normal facial movement and a youthful appearance. He is just in it for the money and nothing else
@@Sophie-m9p thanks for the details and I'm sorry this happened to you, I hope you can find an alternative to revert the damage he caused. I was considering doing this treatment (with him) because I have severe acne scars and the regular subsicion didnt work for me but now I will try to find alternatives although I dont think there are, sadly.
I have the same problem😔. Is there any way to fix it ? Can plastic surgeon remove the Fibrosis ? In the case of a person, who had it fixed. Does Fibrosis in her/his case was hard or soft? My face is bigger, but its very soft. Can it be a swellling/Fibrosis? Can I contact you somehow, please🙏🏽?
Also… is there any way to contact with people, who had surgeries ? I have some questions.Im really depressed and dont know what to do… im looking for help and people, who have the same problem and can give me some advices 🙏🏽
How about sagging? A lot of testimonials are in Reddit showing sagging as an immediate complication of subcision? How come you doctors don’t mention this ?
That is easily the best derm class ive had in years, i'm a physichian in Mexico, and I refer some acne scarred patients to a dermatologist friend of mine, I told her about this but do you know where can I get the Taylor Liberator? Thank you😊
Thank you so much, Doctor, for the very detailed explanation. I live in Maryland, USA. Do you know any doctors that have been trained to perform this procedure in east coast of the US?
I hail from Oregon and journeyed to Salt Lake specifically for this procedure. I recommend reaching out to Gateway Aesthetic Institute, where Dr. Taylor, the innovator behind this treatment, practices. As far as I know, the only other practitioner offering this procedure in the United States is located in Beverly Hills.
Doctor H, This all makes sense as all 3 subcisions i got it didn’t work. However this Taylor liberator method looks so risky and invasive and closer to nerves. Is this worth the risk?
İ too am thinking seriously on visiting the doctor. İ am willing to give it a shot. He doesn't seem to me like a fraud and looks to me very passionate about his field and overall didactically competent. He shows on his website willingness to engage in deep, multilayered initial consult conversations, which may also involve worries regarding the multiple negative reports about side effects. İ believe it doesn't hurt to go with the right questions at hand, discuss the diverse sprectrum of approaches and potential side effects and see for oneself how confident one feels to go on afterwards.
@@jenniferdiaz4310 As far as İ know, he is a certified dermatologist, as one can see stated in his website. Belonging to such a prominent popularity profile and being based in such a reputable nation like the UK, İ highly doubt he would dare to advertise himself as a doctor if he wasn't.

Excellent talk, not difficult to understand. Thank you for taking the time to post, thoroughly enjoyed it!
Great video! Very good information. Thanks a lot. You actually understand subcision, unlike most other so called doctors

is this his way of educating people in how to prematurely age and ruin patients faces and destroy their self esteem?
can you elaborate on this please?

I am a recipient of this procedure. I had embarrassing scars left from cystic acne. This was the best thing I have ever done!
@@plainjanepdx did you do the taylor liberator with the doctor? How much did it cost you in total?
