Here's a problem
- Superman came to US on 1930's, where the adoption and citizenship was pretty much lax than todays (and already covered by 1980's reparation).
- Superfriends is an international organization thus El Dorado is exempt from deportation, or I am mixing up with Justice League.
- Zorro is a native Hispanic Californian thus legally a citizen of US.
- Most of the episode dealing with Speedy is when Slyvester was chasing him in his hometown. Too bad the stupid adaptation strongly implied that stereotype.
