This is a great April Fools joke. Actually funny, while also being the kind of content we look for, instead of deceptive and insipid. May the Force be with you while you live long and prosper.
I want to just quickly say that you've really helped me be much more careful and accurate when making at home. I used to think that the 'worn, used look' was achieved by being slapdash but you're so precise in your videos it's really inspired me to use calipers and set squares and embrace the grime and dirty look!
Another place you can get some cool greebles are lighters, like bic lighters. Take them apart and there are some small springs and other doodads that can be useful for small models.
Hey! Haven't been to your channel for 6 month. Going to watch all the updates now! Happy for you that you have such a good raise of followers! You are doing great job! Cheers from Russia and let the force be with you, always ^^
HOLY CRAP!!! I still have those D-Link adaptors somewhere in this house! Along with the old ass laptops they were used for. I need to dig those out! PS...Loved the Star Trek April Fool's!
Excellent as always... love the channel! One note of chide, from a fan of both franchises... details are important; don't forget to leave your thumb out when you use the Vulcan "LLAP" gesture.
If you have the time, most adhesives like that can be defeated with cooking or mineral oil. Saturate the sticker and wait, it usually will just pop off after a couple of days. I used to clean the labels off AOL floppy discs back in the day with this method.
Brian great video the sci fi universe is big enough for all sci fi franchises. Just a trivia note when Star Trek Planet of Titans was in preproduction Ralph Mcquarrie was a concept artist and Harry Lange was also a set desinger. Lange as you probably know designed most of the interior of the Millenium Falcon. It would have been interesting to see how similar the sets would have been had Planet of Titans made
Although I enjoy all the videos, this one was FANTASTIC! Reminded me of my dad (who I just lost last year) who was a huge Star Trek fan. Thank you for the happy memory reminder!
LOL Although I do like Star Trek I am so glad this show is mostly about Star Wars, things just wouldn't be the same. Funny and entertaining episode! Oh and Great job on prop. Happy April Fools!
3:21 - I lucked into a super-effective adhesive/label remover after needing to remove some medical adhesive from skin. It's called Uni-Solve (made by Smith&Nephew). Comes in wipes and liquid (not as convenient, but much more cost effective). It removes everything I've tried it on - even crusty, dried up decades-old price tags. Makes jobs like this so much quicker.
@@TheSmugglersRoom Forgot to mention the name - Never Give Up: A Galaxy Quest Documentary. I saw it on Netflix, but it’s available on Prime now. Cheers!
Wether Your for Star Wars, Star Trek, Babylon 5, Andromeda , The Orville , Eureka , Warehouse 13 We are all scifi geeks so build enjoy share we are 1 big scifi geeks n nerds family and so Live Long & Geek Out
This was so much fun! Glad to see that your counterpart beamed in to provide a rarely seen clean prop. I’ve always wanted a Star Trek Communicator and Tricorder. I guess I’ll just have to settle for my primitive iPhone 12 Pro. Now that this communicator is in the Smuggler’s Room, will it get a dose of weathering? Lol
At first, I was like what the @$&%#&%¥£€. But then he laid down this insanely hilarious banter highlighting the sci-fi struggle...of you can like more than one, but it comes with banter. Love the comedy...a style all on your own, but on point.
Thank you! No, it's probably not strange. We use Epidemic Sound for our music resource, and many other UA-camrs use that as well. I hear tunes on other channels often.
Awesome video I'm still laughing! I like Star Trek, but I love Star wars! But it is nice to see other props being made in your shop. I'm actually thinking about doing a Klingon sith for a cosplay and one of my friends is doing a Vulcan Jedi.
As a Trekkie, I'm equally excited and offended by this video. More Trek content please! (also Star Wars rocks too, as long as it's got spaceships and lasers I'm happy!)
Wow, todo lo que creas es maravillosamente fantástico muy bien deseo cada objeto q creas 👌👍👏👏👏👏👏💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯😀... Podrías hacer algunos de Battlestar Galáctica tambien
This is a great April Fools joke. Actually funny, while also being the kind of content we look for, instead of deceptive and insipid.
May the Force be with you while you live long and prosper.
Thank you! We hoped it would be fun and valuable at the same time!
This was fantastic! I’m a big fan of both franchises (and several others), and this was a welcome prank.
So glad you like it Eric. We are fans of both as well, and this seemed like a great way to introduce Star Trek on the channel!
I dont understand why people give these videos a thumbs down. I love them and the creativity. The extra roleplaying is a bonus.
Thank you Shawn! We don't understand either, but we are glad you liked it and hope you gave it a thumbs up!
I love these rare instances of Roleplaying! I wouldn't mind seeing more whenever the notion hits you again!
Thank you! We really enjoy it too. Thanks for the kind words, we'll keep'em coming!
This was brilliant!!!! I loved it. All the references and contrasts. I am glad you made a Star Trek prop too. Keep up the great work!
Thanks a ton! So Glad you liked it!
Love the Galaxy Quest reference on the back of your shirt. Though it should have been Crewman #6.
Fantastic! I really liked that you showed the rub n buff didn’t work for this application but then gave an alternative method 👍
Thanks Steve! Much appreciated brother!
Love it, I keep Star Trek sounds in my R2 to play at events always a good time :)
HA!!! That's fantastic!!!!

I'm so glad! That's wonderful to hear! Thank you!
Your abilities to build sci fi stuff of every place in the galaxy or other universes is evident
Nice work 👏👏👍
Another place you can get some cool greebles are lighters, like bic lighters. Take them apart and there are some small springs and other doodads that can be useful for small models.
There’s enough room in my heart and Fandom for both “The Wars & Trek”!!
There you go Mike!
Wonderfully done! =D
Love Trek as well as Wars, so this is always nice to see.
Glad you enjoyed it!
That was an amazing use of the DLink adapter... I love it!

Absolutely hysterical! Loved it.
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is great! Good episode. Lol, I'm one of those space nerds (or is it geeks? 🙂) that likes both Star Wars and Trek. Thanks for the videos.
us too!!!!
You need another one of these videos. Perhaps a phaser or an extra first aid kit. I have spoken🖖
a phaser would be fun!
"Danger, Will Robinson!" You could have fit a juice lid in there somehow. We all know you wanted to. ••• Happy April Foosball! (-:

We are certainly more Star Wars than anything else, but there is plenty of SciFi out there to live my friend!
Love it, well done!
I love how we just met Brian from the mirror universe. Bryan the Star Trek fan. Also Brian has the Smugglers Room what would Bryan's room be called?
😃. That Bryan with a “Y” is a strange cat! His room is probably the “Ready Room?”🤷♂️
@@TheSmugglersRoom that would be an accurate name
