Absolutely love how functional and awesome looking this is! The weathering is perfect and really feels like it's an old hunk of junk cobbled together and held together with the Force. Specificlaly, those "rails" on the front between the cutouts add a huge touch.

I always cringe when you go to town weathering, but you're right, the results are always amazing. I especially loved the one spot where it looked like a complete component superheated and blew up leaving a scorch mark. The blaster marks were a great touch too. Thanks for making the video!

@@TheSmugglersRoom Next time you have a small brush with black paint, you could paint the areas in the slots (to make it look like holes), and they might look even more like some sort of air intakes! I considered doing that instead of cutting holes and gluing in screen on my cases, but in the end, I thought airing the sweaty armor out might make function more important, but on here you already have a functional airflow.

It really does have that shape . . . perhaps it is a dry run for an arcade in the basement project LOL

Now thats just cool. Bet it gives ya a sense of emersion that you're living in the universe when the tools you're using look contextually appropriate to the props you're working on.

All I can say is don't be surprised if you get asked to lend these incredible creations of yours as props in a Star Wars fan film. (random thought example) If I was filming a scene that called for a moisture vaporator, I would totally want to use yours since it would also serve as a slushy drink dispenser for the film crew between takes. :)

This is spectacular! The weathering makes it looks like it has been in use for decades. My side passion is costuming, and your struggle with drawers is like my struggle with sleeves, they NEVER go in right the first time. Your work is such an inspiration!

Inspiring stuff for sure!
