Love the build and the awesome/fun sarcasm. This is probably the easiest build you've done so far and it is very detailed, not over greeblie'd, and the LEDs give it just enough blinding blue light you'd think you were entering hyperspace every time you opened the lid for another!

I just don't know want I want to try and build yet, I know whatever I build it has to be on the smaller side cause I don't have much storage space. I might end up trying my hand at making a data pad out of a phone case but I am waiting to get a new phone before I build it.
Always so fun. I’m sitting on an empty lot with a home in limbo, COVID has slowed things down. Your videos, your great creative ideas are so interesting and inspiring. It’s helping me to pass the time thinking what maybe I can do to my future studio, once my house is actually finished. I don’t have all these skills or tools but the inspiration is melting my fears. 😉

This is a at least a 3rd time I've seen this (watched it without sound this time, so I don't know if you mentioned it) but the 4 cup holders could be a good place for speakers and a Bluetooth radio on the top.

That is cool...a neat touch might be a working digital thermometer..like the cheapies you can get at Walmart. One for interior and exterior temperature.

I wanted to ask if you have tried using a airbrush for some of the destressing elements, I do a lot of work in homes painting doing kitchens, bathroom cabinets, stair railings, creating antique finishes and use a airbrush to highlight my work after initial glaze work. It definitely brings a destressing project to the next level. Great looking cooler Brian, I look forward to the next project.

Instead of the LED’s. You should use those USB battery charger units. They small and thin to use. Oh by the way. Use a clothes pin on your nose so you won’t be able to smell those Bantha Odor. Lol.

Brian that was awesome as usual!!!!! I get the acrylic, but I don't understand how you got the white in the lines and on the bantha logo on the acrylic.
Thank you Tracy. To get those lines we set our laser cutter to “score” and that just cuts a shallow line that on the acrylic turns it white.

What bolts do you use/ how are you tapping the holes? Do you tap the holes?
Hi Jason, I use a lot of M6 style bolts of various length. I have tapped holes, but much of the time I have been able to use a drill with an Allen attachment and then used the actual M6 bolt to tap the hole. I just drill a pilot hole slightly smaller and use the M6 as the tap.
A general question . . . What are the metal blocks with the holes you use to weight down things you've glued together? Thank you.
Those are 1-2-3 Blocks. They are typically used by machinists. The holes are threaded, and they can be used to clamp or mount material when milling. That said, i saw @punishedprops using them several years back for all sorts of things. I use them on almost every project for added weight, propping up items, squaring up corners, and so much more. It's the craziest little thing, but totally valuable in everyday use. amzn.to/2Ezx4Nh
