BUTTERNUT SQUASH TACOS

Follow this recipe to make some delicious Butternut Squash Veggie Tacos. #tacos #mexicanfood
Imgredients:
Poblano Crema:
1 Poblano Pepper
3/4 cup of Sour Cream
2 cloves of garlic
1 handful of fresh cilantro
1 lime
salt and black pepper
Tacos:
Flour Tortillas
1 medium size butternut squash
1 red or yellow onion
1 poblano pepper
1 cup of fresh or frozen corn
1 can of black beans
cumin powder
6 chili powder
salt and black pepper
chipotle or sriracha mayo
fresh cilantro
