There is a cauliflower pizza crust I found at Walmart, called Cali’flour. It comes in pkg of 2 in the frozen section. It’s in a blue box. The whole crust has only 3 net carbs. It is really good. Ingredients are clean.

I am from Palestine.. I find it very difficult finding anything for keto! Even monk fruit sugar and other things are super super expensive! When I check their price in America and other places I become very surprised.. the price is 300% higher!

It's great that many companies are making substitutions as people want to get healthier. We bought a scale to make things the way you do and my husband and I take turns. Thanks so much for the haul and tips Joe! Love getting most of these at Walmart! Just wanted to add that poultry NEVER has antibiotics or hormones. It’s against FDA regulations. So feel free to buy a cheaper brand and don’t be mislead by labeling, all poultry sold in stores is hormone and antibiotic free!! 🐓🐓🐓

According to the national chicken council hormones are prohibited, but they still use some antibiotics which they feel are necessary. They have phased out a lot of antibiotics though. You can find this on their website. Google "Questions and Answers about Antibiotics in Chicken Production."

One more thing...the greatest thing in the entire store is the Applegate hot dogs and lunchmeats..no preservatives..hormones..antibiotics...etc. I no longer buy any other brands of hot dogs or lunchmeats. I'm glad you mentioned these on your video!👍

Love the KG butter but it is pricey. Try the parmesan Whisps Parmesan or Cheddar Crisps that are in single bags 1 carb per bag 6 bags 5.99. I have to go to Dollar Tree for my porkskins @ $1.25 per bag.

Even though Gerry Organic Eggs seem expensive at Walmart, Trust me they start at $6.00 elsewhere!! I bought my last Gerry Eggs at wholefoods.
I find that a lot of Walmart branded things are better or at least the ingriendents are listed better than bigger national brands...

I may live in USA but Alaska is seen as not part of the USA. Some stores do not send to Alaska plus we do not have what the lower 48 have in their stores. Even amazon does not send some things to Alaska.

Appreciate the attempt here... but refined Coconut Oil uses Hexane as a purifier... I would stay away from that since it cause issues with studoes show it causes issues with the Centeral Nervous System like depression, dizziness, nausea, and others... Is peas and carrots in cauliflower Keto now?

Any British butter will do the same thing tbh. The Cornish butters made with sea salt are amazing. You all go mad for Kerry gold but tbh it’s not the nicest British butter.

Quite a few brands you talk about are NOT available in Walmart stores in northwest Arizona.
