Very objective view of Brookings. Moved here 15 years ago from Los Angeles. Love it. Friendiest city I lived in. Beware however about rain! It does rain along the Oregon coast.

With the bowling alley in Crescent City reopening in October 2022, Brookings is only thirty miles from a bowling alley.Yeah!
Brookings' climate is so mild that you can grow Canary Island Date Palms there; it's the northernmost location in North America where you can do so.
Love brookings for that reason! However CIDP are moving up north. I saw a few in Gold beach and even solid ones as far north as Coos Bay! Crazy!
