    Hare Krishna shilpa ,i hope you are healthy,alive and kicking.mai bhi theek hoon. Aapse ek request hai ,kya aap full body yoga (jo ki multiple langs mein hai 10 years back you uploaded it.) programme ke 3 level bna sakti hai considering it (already uploaded) beginner. I am doing it from a year.. ... I feel it very very easy now. Saturation sa aane lga hai. I want to go more deep , delimitating inner boundaries. Pr with same 7 chkras balancing bhi ho like the old programme🤗 ,kya aap bnaoge?

    Plz add change position voice during workout...cant see while exercising should of changeover will help
