- I finally have 500 miles on my bike. It's time to give my thoughts on what I think of it so far. I am trying really hard not to buy a whole bunch of parts for this bike so I can get it to how I like it. I am going to enjoy this bike in its semi-stock form for a year and put a new exhaust on it next year. Enjoy the video!

Starting around 6:20 into the video, you answered a question I have been trying find for months! I didn't know if the Aprilia RS 660 has the MPG readouts... Like Miles To Empty, Average MPG, Instant MPG, etc etc... Thanks to your video, I now know it does. Thank you for explaining this! I will subscribe after this comment... I have a Suzuki GSX650F by the way. By next spring, I really want to buy an Aprilia RS 660 either new, or a low mile, used 660 from an Aprilia dealership. I freaking love this bike! Thanks again,

How are you talking in your helmet? I have the same bike and I bought the cardo setup for my helmet so I can make and receive phone calls and nobody can hear me. Your mic sounds amazing
GoPro Hero 11 with the Media Mod and Purple Panda LAV microphone. It works very well. I don’t have any helmet Bluetooth comms do all audio is from the GoPro.
I also have a very inexpensive cardo unit. Do you have a chin curtain in your helmet? It helps.
@@detricklowe624 I do but I rarely have it installed. I probably should as it helps combat the wind noise a lot.
does your bike leak fuel from the overflow tube when its a full tank/hot weather?
No it does not. Nor does it leak oil.

@@iwinl0l good luck with the process! It will take some time but it will be worth it once it is done.
Rear brakes are not very good I was going to buy an rs660 but i found the rear break was poor and now you show it squeaky too, I then found out the paint work is very thin, no boot guard so swing arm gets damaged by constant rubbing of shoe, oil leaks engine light and water pump issues, real shame it’s a beautiful bike but quality extremely lacking so I ordered the new Honda cbr600rr which by chance has just come back on market and looks stunning
At the traffic, the temperature goes high very fast like r6 etc?
Yes it does! It's an Italian bike, it is suppose to be that high.
