I have this same exact problem in my 2022 XT5. The GM slot machine door chime would get distorted and cutoff and also the turn signal sound would stop working. Strangely though I didn't have any issue with my music. Took it in to the dealership as it is still under warranty and first they tried to reboot the instrument panel. Didn't fix it. Now they have a new amplifier on order and am getting it replaced. It baffles me how even a simple thing like a turn signal ticking sound can be a victim of software issues.
At least it’s under warranty then right? Nicely done and please like/ subscribe
The same here . 2010 . I have also a terrible loud static from radio which turns on when I turn the engine on 😢

Changing the amp didn’t fix it?
I have a 2011 srx all speakers appear to work fine but no subwoofer? Is there any fuses I could check for that?

Did you replace with a new or used amp and do they require software programming at a Cadillac dealership?
Brand new Bose amp from Amazon. It is OEM and did not require any programming.
Do I go on Amazon and just put in bose amp?
My signal clicking works some of the time. Also the speaker sound jumps from one side of car to the other or volume gets really low. It has also started doing that with my Bluetooth when I’m on the phone. I know it is a short somewhere! Any advice? Thank you.
Mine was doing that too minus the Bluetooth thing. The amp change fixed my issue. Maybe for you too?

this is exactly whats mines doing but not all the time just about 75%. do u think one of the cables could be loose? should i just change it out all tigether like you did?

This problem just happened to earlier toda on my 2014 ATS. Everything was working fine and then after I did my grocery shopping, the turning signal sound and radio doesn't work. If the problem continues for a few days, I'm going to the Cadillac dealership next week
I started my 2010 SRX today heard a big bang like a gun going off then leaving put blinker on and its loud radio still works but sounds little funny I had noticed when somone calls can hardly hear them but in a little while starts coming in ok weird can you HELP? even later i open door and heard that bang again vehicle not running then & in my garage.
Try replacing the amplifier?

I purchased the new one. They are probably all refurbished though. Not sure but link for purchase is in description for you.

Happened on my brand new 2024 cadillac xt4, not even music is playing. Its only 1700km and this problem occur while i was on call and i lost the sound and everything . Thats so strange
Interesting. It’s likely under warranty then. Mine has 120,000 miles or so

Try seeing if it’s under warranty? Very low mileage car

Have exact same car. No sound to turn signal but my other issue is the radio doesn't raise. Could this be same problem
Not sure about radio no rising but for sure on the turning signal sound.
Try the fuse. Should be in the truck compartment. I have a 2011 CTS.
I'm have a 13 CTS and my radio and infotainment and all climate controls just went dead like a year ago. I've been without ever since
my turn signal is beyond loud! how do you turn down the volume down on that sound, even my passengers ask why is it soooo loud??

I’m having this issue also my cue system isn’t working , my screen isn’t working I was listening and connected to my phone Bluetooth and all of a sudden it went out

I changed mine and it didn’t work.
