Okay, I'm going to be honest, I didn't watch the whole video the first time watching. For over a year now I've making these as my special magic recipe because I was letting the dough rise once, rolling into cinnamon rolls and immediately baking. I thought I'd found some kind of magic recipe because it worked! They were fluffy and delicious 😋 I'm telling you, I was a professional baker for years and thought wow! This recipe is amazing. Just one rise! Told all my friends 😂 Now I realize I just didn't finish the video 🤣 trying it the correct way now to see the difference 😅

Update: just pulled them from the oven and had one and oh my god 🥹 so much better. They got HUGE and fluffy. I'll may occasionally still do the one rise evey now and then for convenience, but that may be hard now knowing how big and fluffy they are supposed to be 🤤

What's the syrup that was put with the brown sugar

So glad she scraped that pan to get all the dough out AND letting it rise again before baking! I always let mine rise 3 times before baking, the last time is overnight and they get so big! Family loves fresh cinnamon rolls on holiday mornings 💕

I tried this today but added crushed pineapple, macadamia nuts and shredded coconut and when I say these were amazing, that's an understatement!!!! Next time I'm going to put chopped almonds and hazelnuts inside the filling with nutella for the rolls and a raspberry puree on the bottom with a cheesecake topping!! Never mind..cant wait.. Grocery store here I come!!! Love the video btw

I can't believe how easy these were to make, and how EXCELLENT they turned out! the bread was so so so fluffy! i left my pan in the fridge overnight to bake in the morning, and it still turned out perfectly. (pro tip for anyone reading: if you leave your pan in the fridge overnight, put it in the oven when you turned it on so it warms up with the oven, then start timing when it hits 350F)

I don't know why I never thought of washing walnuts before use! One of my sisters reacts badly to the bitterness (she says it feels like her mouth dries up). I don't think she's allergic, it's just the bitterness she can't stand. I will try washing them well to see if she can enjoy them that way! Thank youuuu

I was craving for cinnamon rolls and remembered this recipe saved on my Pinterest board. I just made it with walnuts as filling and it is still the best foolproof recipe that I have ever tried. I made different variations before, (because I don’t fancy raisins). I substituted with cranberry-walnut, another time chocolate-pecan, and it works every time :) Thank you Maangchi!

Very nice ! You dont have to knead your dough just to make it soft and shiny ! And yet it turned out excellent ! Man, did those rolls look tender!!!!!! And because of all the butter she used in the flour mixture. I MAY try this recipe, but I make some mean cinnamon rolls. They’re pretty basic. Sometimes I use melted butter, other times I use room temperature butter after I roll out the dough. Then I spread cinnamon, brown sugar, and sucanat. And, you get the crunch from the sucanat, which makes each bite so good.

@@jwaaank5513 That's right! When my friend and I used to make this kind of bread in Korea, we made all kinds of different bread with the same dough! This cinnamon rolls are not that sweet with less butter, so I often used to make it for my family. These days I make it only once in a while.
