Teddy Ruxpin, Grubby and Fob Hand Puppets- I like the range of emotions that the baby experiences throughout this commercial upon seeing those puppets, ranging from complete terror, to not being sure what to make of it, but goes along with it anyway. Lipton Noodles And Sauce Alfredo- From the footage of the ingredients that go into making this, to the classical music playing throughout, they sure know how to take something as very simple as a packaged noodle side dish and make it very classy.
I love how you time the release of these so well. Easter commercials for Easter time!! Thank you so much. Can't wait to see what you have in store for Vol. 1000!!!
This volume has a great set of commercials I've enjoyed, from the McDonald's piano recital commercial to the Juicy Fruit commercial. Gotta love the 80's!
Vividly remember that AMAZING STORIES episode with the WWII bomber and the gunner who is also an artist and his drawings saves him and the crew. Back when Kevin Costner was just another actor. Great stuff! :)
Ha, I have that "Golden Girls" episode on a Betamax tape from when I left it or set it to record that night for some reason. I was just watching that again a couple of months ago.
WNBC! Best NBC there is (for me it was in the 80s!) I really like seeing the old news stories on these! Back before internet access! But holy cow, or chicken, that Wendy's ad..... whut!!!
M&M's-@0:08-that happens when you try to hoard all the candy for yourself Teddy Ruxpin, Grubby and Fob Hand Puppets-baby's probably thinking"Why did my parents sign me up for this..?" McDonald's-her"dumb brother" seems like he's a bad influence Amazing Stories-"The Mission"..good episode,i think it can be seen in it's entirety on UA-cam I Dream Of Jeannie 15 Years Later-could say that J.R was replaced by Trapper John 😆 McDonald's Mc D.L.T.-with Claude Brooks All Is Forgiven-featuring Shawnee Smith and David Alan Grier in early acting roles
4:08 What the heck is "Kissyfur"?? 5:23 Wow, I haven't heard the word "Nynex" since I was a kid. 6:57 That's Eddie Harris from Major League 1989. 9:24 Whatever happened to those stand-up toothpaste dispensers? They were pretty cool, but you don't see them anymore. 13:12 "Red, White & You" lol
Yes: www.imdb.com/title/tt0511124/ Amazing Stories was created/exec-produced by Spielberg and featured a lot of famous/up and coming actors. This episode was written/directed by Spielberg himself.
The McDonald’s piano recital commercial is one of those iconic 80s ads that every kid at the time was required to memorize.
I'm 44 and it still pops into my head at times!
“The hungries”, “the soggies”, “the greasies”…We sure were at war with a lot of strange enemies, according to add execs.

With the exception of the local spots, I remember 100% of these commercials.
You're doing the Lord's work. Do you know how much this helps with my anxiety??? A lot.

0:08 - Sorry, kid, the Easter Bunny doesn’t love you like all the other children In this commercial. You know what you did…

The farmer for Butter Pam is also Harris from the Charlie Sheen movie Major League. He's the religious guy who steals the rum from Jobu.
06:58 Chelcie Ross, been in a lot of movies over the years. Also had a great role as Conrad Hilton in Mad Men.
@ 8:06. The genesis of George Costanza's line: "These pretzels are making me thirsty!"
They’re potato chips
@@80sCommercialVault Of course. He had to qualify his ability to sell potato chips before the pretzel line.

if I was the Mickey D's piano girl I would run out the door so fast!! But her little song did make me laugh
Good times. I was 10. I realize now how blessed the US was and how blessed I was to grow up during that time.
8:02 - Jason Alexander with hair is just not right…

“All Is Forgiven has the earmarks of a hit”
Ran for 9 episodes.
At the time this promo aired only two episodes had aired. It’s possible the ratings were ok for the first few episodes but tanked later.
'All' is forgotten!
Why did the children's Tylenol art have to be so scary? Post mortem pre 20th century depiction.
