It's not common, but Jerma is one of the few people who I don't believe works best with someone to bounce off of. A lot of people can't perform 100% unless they have a partner to work off of. Jeremy has this strange manic energy about him where a cohost or guests (like in Eric Andre) would probably just get in the way lol.
I could totally see him being the brains behind a sketch show like "I Think You Should Leave" or "Portlandia". That's totally his ballpark.

for those that didn't catch the full stream, the gold jerma buys at the end was actually excavated by him earlier in the stream, but he let Josh the Scientist take them. the implication is that josh pawned them off and that jerma spent nearly $50,000 on rocks he himself found without even realizing it. im kind of shocked that somehow got cut!

@@3dogsandaguy589 Keep in mind, it's a geologist saying that. Desert hikes are our bread and butter, and sometimes we forget that not everyone thinks of that as a "fun and enjoyable day trip". Insanity isn't a requirement for being a geologist, but it does help.

I feel like this had to have been partially, because the guy even says "these are our newest acquisitions, they just got evaluated". It would be pretty coincidental if the guy had gone to this exact pawn shop and they managed to be bought and evaluated in the time it took Jerma to get there.

At least where I live you dont need any kind of certification to rent and use a mini excavator, just a drivers licenses. Knowing the way Nevada is with most its laws, it's probably the same. You can get one for like $150 a day, worth the fun.

I genuinely think there were people who were just made to be entertainers; people who have an irresistible screen presence and charisma…a unique personality and creativity. I believe Jerma is one of these people, but as a result of some sort of cosmic curse.
Between 19:45 and 21:01 the golden rocks on the left side of the rock table disappear. They are the same rocks that appear in the pawn shop at the end of the video. The editor cut out the part where Jerma says the scientist can have the rocks because he doesn't know what they are.
