    i started doing this warmup when my playoffs bracket started, and on top of winning it all, i was named grand finals mvp.
    thank you dr. hwu and everyone at 1hp, this warmup and actually taking care of myself has shown me new peaks i never thought possible :D

    You should add big name games to your titles, description, hashtags, and have pro players mention your channel. This is all to help gamers at the end of the day and it's a waste that these videos go unnoticed!

    What do you think about rice digs? I've been doing them for a few months now as a warm up and it has saved my wrists from feeling discomfort the next day.

      I actually love rice digs. I should make a video tbh of a rice digging routine specific for gamers
      I've scripted one before but just need to record

    Is this an update on the controller warm-up routine? Should I still warm up my hands with running hot water?

      You can definitely run it throuhg hot water if you'd like but this can help to also warm up the fingers if you perform all the exercises. you can add the water on top of that :)
