Nothing is more frustrating than finger circles
I take it you haven't played around with the drills in our coordination & dexterity video: ua-cam.com/video/RtHZPZM5gtU/v-deo.html

I might have to check that out
All fun & games until we get to the ring finger
False! Numb finger circles
@@theScarletSprigso true 😭❤️
First exercise I've seen in decades where the trainer actually completes them :D
I started doing these and my hands became much looser, more nimble, with an overall increase in comfort. With that said the first time I played my aim was terribly off because my hands felt so different. I gradually got my aim back over the session and by the middle of the session I was playing much better. It changed so much for me I contemplated sports medicine as my specialty to pursue (I'm a med student).
That's awesome! Glad this helped, and good luck in school
Jesus loves you ❤
After doing this warm-up I swear my hands feel relaxed and cool I recommend y’all to do this every time y’all get on the game
Yes! So happy to hear this helps, and many thanks for your support -- we appreciate you! 🙌
I can’t believe he pulled on of these 👌 in 5 different variations
I didn’t know I needed these exercises until I did them. I found Instant relief after just having gone through them once.. particularly in my wrists. I’ll definitely be incorporating these hand and eye exercises into my daily work routine. Thanks for posting such a helpful and thorough video
Thank you for your comment and your support!
After casual gaming for over 25 years, out of nowhere I started getting agonizing and increasingly worsening pain in my primary hand. Over time it got bad enough that it was radiating right up my arm and shoulder. Even if I took a complete break from gaming for several weeks, it would quickly start up again when I next played.
I've been using these warm-up and the corresponding warm-down exercises and although I'm still keeping my gaming time significantly reduced, I've not experienced any pain since I've been using these exercises even if I play for 2-4 hours straight.
While I've got ongoing hand problems generally I'm so glad for these exercises, as gaming is an important hobby for me and I was pretty crushed at the idea of giving it up completely. Thanks so much!
Happy to hear these videos have helped!
I've actually sent the video to two persons. One of them was my prof (I'm currently studying medicine) and the other one was the chief physician at one of the biggest hospitals here. They both absolutely agreed with you, and even showed me why it is good. Doing it since then and am capable of finding actual relief while gaming and even prior to writing big exams. Thank you!
We appreciate your (and their) support!
Outside of gaming, I do a lot of paperwork/labor work with my hands, these exercises have seriously improved my quality of life both on and off the controller, thanks for this 😄
0:52 Smart move, i lost!
After playing Quake games which can be brutal on the wrists pretty much every day for 26 years (I'm 40 now) this has helped me a lot to keep playing. Thanks!
the amount of times my hands cracked when doing these
Fr
That’s already a sign that our hands aren’t doing so well.
I can hear my hands creaking while I do this
Yeah idk what to say i was completely locked up gaming yesterday thats why im here
I had a looooong session of wreck the night before that
So glad I found this. My fingers felt delayed recently when gaming Im willing to be this will offer a solution as its mostly my right middle finger that feels weird, when I did this exercise I felt the muscle stretch in my forearm. It was not loose at all. Glad to know I need to work on this.
this is the best gamer warm up.., i've been doing it everyday since december 2020 and keep doing it now becomes my usual warm up before aim practice :) thank you esports healthcare :)
We're happy to help! Thank you for your support!
BIG SUB ! Needed this years ago ! I started notice pain in my elbow recently, and i have very bad movement in my wrists... This is very much a neglected area in gaming that gives us decreased mobility and injuries, it´s very important i´d say as in any repetitive motion a proper warm-up is key to maintain injury free , big thanks for this channel, being a part of making gaming a healthier community
Thank you so much for the comment and support! We're planning a few new video series to help optimize health and prolong your gaming career.
This needs more views, I swear. Thank you!
Thank you for your comment and support! ♡
thank you, i wanna learn this because when my hand just woke up i cant jitter click the right way, but glad you were here, thanks! :>
I never warmed up before playing and my hands will always hurt afterwards because I grip the controller way too hard but this actually helped
So glad this helped you!
this is fantastic and has helped me so much! i'm not a gamer, i work in a warehouse and have started a position that requires some dexterity i don't have yet. my hands were getting incredibly painful and numb at night after a couple of weeks. since one of the common symptoms of carpel tunnel syndrome is pain and loss of sensation overnight, i was doing exercises and stretches for that issue. i think i found your video on saturday and have done these stretches every day before and after work and it has made a TREMENDOUS difference! i slept without a wrist brace last night and didn't wake up with any pain or numbness. such a relief! your whole channel looks like a great resource for healthy hands.
This is awesome to read! We're so happy this helped you!
I think if this guy smile it will make the video perfect, especially on the last eyes warm up 👀
This advice is very similar to what we're told to do in the Animation industry. If anyone's curious, there's a book called Draw Stronger - it has a lot of tips for people who spend time at their desk and use their hands a lot. It's catered to artists, but absolutely has uses beyond it. A lot of what's in this video is in that book! Thanks for putting this together. :)
Thank you for this, it’s helpful! I’m going to add this to my already daily hand and wrist stretches, my hands feel even greater!
That's awesome -- we love to hear news like this!
Thank you so much man, Im going to start doing this before every gaming session!
one of the best hands warm-up i've ever seen.. well done
Thank you for this compliment!
Thank you master
Our pleasure; we appreciate your support
@Nicolasa zoo wee mama chill dude o_O
Thanks!! I will be using this warm-up for my written state exam :D
It worked thanks man you are the best
That's great--happy to hear it! And, thank you for your support
This is the best warm-up. Thank you.
Very good hand warm up / stretch set, the only one which actually warmed up my hands, and I've seen quite a few of these.
Anyone reading this I'll let you in on my little secret for warm up to add to these, get a bucket, fill it with uncooked rice, put your hands in there, and open/close them for 1 minute.
Thank you!! After I stared working as a plumber my arms become very tight and messed a lot with my aim. this helps a lot, Thank you again :`)
Fantastic, thanks for this video and all the tips!
Happy to help!
i keep coming back to this video. my hands and wrists thank you lol
u save my fingers and tendons
as a person with hypermobility i struggle with the bad postures my joints permit, and these has saved me from serious injuries
kudos
I'm happy this helped!
This also helps in my piano playing, acts as a warm up too!
Bruahhhme to
Thank you for the video. I need this coz I play maybe 5+ hrs a day.
This is really awesome! Thank you for making this!
Glad you like it! Thank you for your support
Im doing these before my siege ranked games placements... im so nervous.
Great vid, really helped
Happy this helped, and good luck in your ranked games!
This is a great warm up - its rly hard the finger twirling parts :3
Gives me a lot of relief in my hand tho :3 thx
Not only for gamers but for musicians too. I'm a professional guitar player and I'been playing since 13 (I'm 39 now) so I found this exercises very helpful. Thanks a lot!!!
That's great to hear! This is definitely appropriate for anyone who works with their hands, so I'm glad you found us!
@@EsportsHealthcare Does this work for fingering my gf?
On my first impression I thought this isn't worth it.. Then I tried it then it actually helps me to play games better.. THANK YOU!
So happy this review helped you!
When we first decided to review G FUEL, we had similar expectations. Our automatic (and admittedly, unfair) assumption was that it would be full of unhealthy ingredients. We were pleasantly surprised at their formula, and so we wanted to support G FUEL for being a much cleaner alternative to the energy drinks that are packed with sugar and other harmful additives.
This is great, thanks!
Well, i thought it's a joke until i relize it really does help my hand loose a bit. XD
damn, gonna try more to do this warm up thing. Keep the content guys!
I am suprised by how good and efficient this exercise is, good job!!
Thank you for your support!
Thx for the vid it really helped my aim👍
Nice video! I sometimes have a lot of pain in my hands specially my left hand (and more specifically my pinky and the one next to it) after long sessions of gaming! Hopefully I can get them better by doing these exercises! Thank you
Also, make sure you're not compressing your elbow on an arm rest. Check out: esportshealthcare.com/cubital-tunnel-syndrome -- as it includes symptoms in the pinky and ring finger, specifically
@@EsportsHealthcare Thanks for the advice! Yes I think I was doing that too xD Excellent Website and Channel! And Swift replies too! ^^
do this every morning before i warmup on kovaaks, to make accurate movements at a high level you need loose warm muscles for full range of motion
Started doing these exercises to increase CPS and reduce tightness in hands and wrist (which in turn improved my flicking) for valorant. Fantastic videos, I've noticed improvement in the first two days but notice more improvement in a week. Honestly, (as you probably know) you're onto something. I think these exercises (As you definitely know) are not only for esports but for Keyboard warriors, gun slingers, folks that sow and anything that has to do with hands. I also workout 6 days a week. This has massively increased my grip strength and mind body control for my upper body. I feel sore WAY less often. Which allows me to be more consistent on Valorant when I workout and my arms take a toll.
My only question is when doing any of these exercises are you focusing on keeping your chest out and or keeping your shoulder blades down? As if you're bracing for some pushing exercise (like a bench press)? In the video the guy presenting the exercises already has really good posture. But that kind of posture has to be reinforced.
We always encourage core engagement and upright posture during any movement patterns, even the one shown here which wouldn't normally be a risk for the spine or any part of the trunk.
Helped me with my finger problems, i can barely move them until now thanks
Helped me with my wrist pain while playing. Thanks.
It's always great to see people benefitting from these exercises!
Bro thanks rn in trying to get ready for a tournament and I think this might help a bit
thanks, my wrist always get super jittery and stiff when aiming with it but this helped
I just stumbled on this, thanks for the routines.
Happy you found us!
Extremely helpful. Thank you! :D

This is very helpful, liked and subscribed! I appreciate it

very good video. i felt relief instantly, even though my hands are still sore from an intense 17 hour session yesterday
such a great video, i always watch this before gaming!
Thank you for the comment and support!
Love it wow that was great! Thanks!
Glad you like it!
Just realized that the names of these exercises sound kinda like when anime characters name their attacks. Gonna yell them from now on when I do them: "Opposition Finger Tap, FLEXED!", "Fiiiiiiiiinger... CIRCLES!!!".
as soon as i found the use of these vids, i now save at least an hour for warm up lol
bro, after this exercise i just Escaped Tarkov forever!
didnt expect this to actually make my hands so nimble
I really enjoyed this excercieses! Gracias por la ayuda!
I injured my hands from gaming, and I've been recovering from that lately. I've been using this anytime I need to just my hands for something, and also the cool down for the re-injury prevention. I'm excited to get back to gaming with these stretches in my pocket!!! ^~^
hope you’ve recovered, i injured my elbow from cs and 4 months later there’s minimal improvement.
How did you injure your hands from playing
@@Gulevski overuse probably , just like me.
awesome thank you!
3:26 pronation and supernation of the forearm definitely feels like it's satisfyingly stretching something
My hands feel less tense now thanks to this exercise!
Happy this helped!
I do this warmup before I crochet :)
Good for artists too. Thank you.
This felt surprisingly good to do. I'm going to try it for awhile and see if it helps. Thanks!
Love to hear it!
tell me the difference
i appreciate your information and website bro. you are a huge help
I'm glad you found us and find our content useful! Thank you for the support
Thank you this realy helped me out!
That's great! Happy to help!
Thank you!
Glad to help!
Thank you bro
Thanks mate my wrist appreciates you
I always do this before playing any video game! And I do play a lot :D
dude wait up. i already thought this was a really good warmup and i was using it everyday before my gaming sessions and getting great results. BUT at first i used to hear some cracking of my left wrist when i started doing this straight from being cold, and now that sound literally disappeared !!!!!!!! so this excercise might be healing my wrist joint lul
Thanks i appreciate this video a lot .👍 it helped me
That's great, we're happy it's helpful!
It works very well, tysm!
Glad it helped!

Love You Sir Thank You So Much ❤️
Happy to help!
Thanks😘
Happy to help!
I thought this channel was a joke but it actually works
I'm upset you thought it was a joke--but I'm happy it's helped!
Thank youuuuuuuuu
I’m going to do them while on my long walks.
Great video. Do you have any plans for incorporating neck and shoulder warm up / mobility exercises? Thanks
Actually, yes! We've been idle for a while, but our comeback plan includes exactly that. We're looking forward to create videos on mobility exercises, activation exercises, and stretches for the entire body.
Thank you very much, I found other exercises to be inadequate, as they didn't appear to address the fingers as much as the wrist. I will definitely consider dropping a sub.
We're very happy you like this routine! Our goal was to move every joint and muscle from the fingers to the forearms which means a lot of finger movement--anything less is ignoring a major component of gaming
@@EsportsHealthcare Thank you so much! I used to not be able to do the scout salute on one of my hands from years of gaming, but now my ring finger stands up perfectly straight only after doing the routine once! You've earned a sub!
Very good viedeo
We're happy you found it useful!
Super vid
Will be using this from now on thank you
That's what's up! Happy you found us, and we hope it helps 🙌
@@EsportsHealthcare np you should’ve seen how hard the finger circles were on all my fingers eXcept thumb I definitely gotta improve and loosen the muscles also would u recommend cracking bones before gaming or na ex fingers and neck
@@supersop1367 those finger circles can be infuriating 😅
If you choose to self-adjust (officially, we don't recommend it, for legal purposes), it can be done before, during, and/or after. The release of the joint(s) shouldn't have a negative effect on any part of your gaming. Just be careful.
@@EsportsHealthcare alright thanks
Thanks 🙏 ❤️
Happy to help!
Thanks alot 😃
Our pleasure!
Love the warmup and the wholesome attitude you convey. Thanks a lot!
Glad you enjoyed it!
My fingers were so I did this and it doesnt hurt anymore! Yay
