hello po! New subscriber here. Grabe tagal ko na po naghhnap ng enseymada recipe, pero etong sainyo po tlga ang napansin ko :) ang ganda nyo po, at ng kitchen nyo.. mas nakakagana po panuorin heheh! Anyway chef paano po pag walang bread improver? dto po kasi ako sa Ireland.. parang wala po ako nakikitang ganun sa mga groceries.. Any substitute po? Thankyou and Godbless!

When you proof your dough, place it inside the oven and place a small bowl with hot water to create a warm temperature place. Proof for 60-90 minutes or until doubled in size.😇
