To be fair Ronnie was the guy who told us he had 0.4% body fat 😂😂😂 he exaggerates for sure, but hey, he’s the best that ever did it in my opinion so I am know one to discredit the man!! He was the goat!! I doubt he’ll be surpassed for a long time!! Unfortunately his methods of training actually pushed the boundaries past breaking point, but again, when u have someone who will not cut corners and will sacrifice everything this is likely to happen. He’s a legend and nobody can ever say he’s not an inspiration to many men, not just bodybuilders but the desire and hunger to keep grinding away no matter the setbacks you have. Greatness often comes with many many sacrifices that most mortals can’t even comprehend or imagine. It takes a certain mindset, strong character and definitely and OCD personality to achieve greatness! Dude deserves everything he gets as he literally destroyed himself to be the goat! It’s more a less unstoppable to beat a guy who is that determined and so strong willed, and who is willing to sacrifice everything to the extreme. Stay safe dude and keep pumping goat!!
